The device for the continuous cleaning of the surface of an agricultural machine from plant residues and other impurities, wherein the frame (1 ) of the agricultural machine is connected to the base frame (2), on the frame (1) of the agricultural machine, there is a centrally located pneumatic device (3) equipped on the top with at least one fan (4) with a protective grid (5) and equipped at the bottom with a dividing element (7) for distribution the air flow, where the fan (4) drive is ensured by hydraulic motor via a hydraulic circuit (9) provided with a regulating valve (10), where the rectifying flaps (6) of the horizontal air flow and the rectifying flaps (8) of the vertical air flow are attached to the base frame (2) by means of the revolving hinges (12) and the positioning screws (11).
Abstract:
A water nozzle is attached to the mower deck of vegetation mower that extends into the interior of the mower deck housing. Water is channeled into the water nozzle and is diverted laterally out through an end of the nozzle toward the mower blade in the housing deck for use in cleaning the interior sides of the mower deck housing. The water may contact the mower blade to be propelled to the sides of the mower deck housing. The nozzle may be rotatably attached with respect to the deck to use in manually turning the nozzle cleaning the entire periphery of the interior of the mower deck housing.
Abstract:
A self-cleaning, energy efficient blade assembly (10) for use on lawn maintenance equipment and devices is provided. The blade assembly includes a shell (12) and plurality of blades (16) releasably attachable to the shell, wherein the shell is generally bowl-shaped. The blade assembly may also include a stabilizer ring (14) that is positioned immediately adjacent to the shell for added structural rigidity and strength.

There is provided an apparatus for surface treatment and collection of undesirable debris of a defined nature from lawns.During a cutting operation rotating blades ripe surface material up onto a filtering screen and along this further to a collecting box so that only stones and debris of e.g. at least 1 cm enter the box whereas smaller particles / soil escape through the filter screen and are thereby returned to the lawn surface, which significantly increases the nutrient level in the upper layers of the lawn.

A multi-function service station may include an energy refill module and at least one maintenance module. The energy refill module may be configured to interface with a power module of a robotic vehicle responsive to docking of the robotic vehicle at the multi-function service station. The energy refill module may be configured to enable re-powering of the power module when interfaced with the power module. The at least one maintenance module may be configured to perform a maintenance related function on the robotic vehicle responsive to docking of the robotic vehicle at the multi-function service station.

The at least one wheel (3) comprises a rolling surface (5), and the lawnmower (1) comprises a cleaning device (7) configured to clean the rolling surface (5), and an actuator (9) configured to move the cleaning device (7) relative the rolling surface (5). The present disclosure further relates to a method (100) of cleaning a rolling surface (5) of at least one wheel (3) of a lawnmower (1).

A self-cleaning attachment for a rotary mover has a carrier member (26) supporting a flexible, a linear element (25) radially spaced from the rotational axis of the blade at a level above the blade so the element rotates near the underside of the mower housing defining a narrow upper chamber where air pulses are concentrated to maintain the underside of the housing relatively clean of build-up. The carrier may have a plurality of elements in equally spaced relationship, the structure of which is such that the outer tips are supported above the blade when idle, and the inertial mass is low compared to the rotating mass of the blade such that there is relatively little rotational effect as the elements become worn. The attachment is retrofittable to existing mowers without causing appreciable power loss or degrading the blade stopping capability below ANSI standards for residential lawn mowers.
