Abstract:
A connector assembly (200) comprising a body (203) having two U-shaped sections (201,202) each section having two opposed arms (204,205) having a hole (207,208) and a locking device (209,210) having an elongate locking member (215,216) extending through the holes of each arm. A first and second latching member (212,213) are attached to each respective end of the locking member (215, 216) abutting against an outward surface of the respective arm (204,205). The locking member comprises a first elongate body (215) having a first diameter attached with one end to the first latching member (213), and a second elongate body (216) that is connected to the first elongate body (215) movably along a longitudinal axis (L). The second elongate body (216) comprises a second diameter being smaller than the diameter of the first elongate body and being attached with one end to the second latching member (212).
Abstract:
A modular furniture arrangement, which comprises mechanically and electronically attachable modular furniture elements (102) and an application function module (118) attachable to the modular furniture elements, inside the modular furniture elements are arranged at least two electricity conducting structures (108) being electrically isolated from each other, said structures (108) operating between modular furniture elements and between modular furniture elements and at least one application function module both as mechanical fixing means and electricity conductor. The modular furniture arrangement comprises at least one attachment part (103) for attaching modular furniture elements (102) by at least one of mechanical and electrical fixing method. The modular furniture arrangement further comprises electrical connections (112) between the modular furniture element (102) and the application function module (118) to conduct electricity between the modular furniture element (102) and the application function module (118).
Abstract:
A modular furniture system composed from reconfigurable interlocking panels using corresponding slot and tab elements is disclosed. The ready-to-assemble furniture system includes a complementary arrangement of non-interlocking interior panels that become secured into position through the means of interlocking exterior side and end panels. The configuration of interlocking and non-interlocking panels hides the joinery formed by the slot and tab elements, and further utilizes selectively movable and/or detachable panels to conceal the contents of storage compartments.
