Изобретение относится к области спорта и спортивных игр и может быть использовано для тренировки спортсменов и развития различных групп мышц, а также технической и силовой отработке приемов в спортивных и боевых видах единоборств. Устройство для тренировки приемов единоборств включает опору и манекен, содержащий каркас с подвижными конечностями, соединенными шарнирными соединениями. Шарнирные соединения выполнены в виде регулируемой шаровой опоры, состоящей из незамкнутого наружного корпуса, внутри которого расположен стабилизатор, и поворотной головки, установленной на штоке. Поворотная головка оснащена механизмом фиксации. Технический результат, достигаемый при использовании заявляемого изобретения, выражается в ускорении и упрощении смены позиций манекена от защиты к контратаке.
Abstract:
This is a model of a human body (dummy) for martial arts training, that anybody can use even if he is a beginner or advanced athlete doing martial arts or combat sport of any kind. The athlete is able to use the dummy only by himself without the need of assistance of a trainer or another athlete, simulating a real fighting environment called sparring. The dummy can be set in all kind of human positions through connectors (Fig. 1,1), so unlike the boxing bag it simulates correctly the opponent's close defence holding up with the punches of any strength, providing the absolute security for the athlete. All connectors and the main body consist of springs (Fig. 1,2) that provide oscillating movement between the punches applied. So, the static problem here does not exist. The metallic frame of the dummy can be covered with many kinds of materials, such as foam, leather, rubber polyurethane etc. providing that the trainee will not be hit during his training.

A boxing or martial arts training and/or exercise device includes one or more punching pads locationally displaced and supported on a frame. Respective pads are positioned in support on the frame for punching and kicking. Each pad communicatively connects to one or more impact sensor. Each impact sensor communicatively connects to a control unit. The control unit is communicatively connected to a display. The impact sensor detects touches and taps to the pad and signals the control unit of the detection. Responsive to the detection, the control unit directs sequences shown in the display according to a fighting sequence, a training sequence, or other sequence. The control unit includes a user interface for selection among sequences, as well as for selection of various menu items for the respective types of sequences. The fighting sequence displays an avatar fighter in the display for selective responsive punch or kick to the avatar fighter to via a select pad or pads as directed in the display. The training sequence displays an avatar fighter and a graphic of the pad or pads in relational arrangement supported on the frame for selective responsive punch or kick to the pad(s) as directed in the display. The control unit of the device receives input from the impact sensors in response to each punch or kick, and directs next sequences displayed in the display accordingly, for example, by processing and display of informational content relative to punches and kicks. Selection among fighting or training sequences, and among other items, for directional input to the control unit for processing of fighting, training, and other sequence are made by touch or tap of a respective pad.

본 발명은 발차기 운동기구에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 태권도, 가라테, 킥복싱과 같은 무술을 연마할 수 있도록 위치 이동이 가능한 무게중심프레임 또는 런링머신에 체결되는 몸체에는 복수개의 타격부가 결합되어 개인이 손과 발을 이용하여 타격부를 가격하여 무술을 연습할 수 있도록 한 발차기 운동기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 발차기 운동기구에 있어서, 수직으로 설치되는 사각형틀로 이루어진 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 상,하부에는 몸체를 보호하기 위한 상,하부커버와, 상기 몸체의 전방과 양측면에 상,하에 각각 설치된 타격부와, 상기 타격부는 플레이트의 외측에 고정되게 설치된 충격흡수부재와, 플레이트의 내측 중앙에는 랙기어가 형성된 직진축의 일측 유동부가 결합되며 상,하 양측에는 힌지리브에 장공이 형성된 가이드플레이트가 일측이 결합되며, 상기 가이드플레이트의 장공은 몸체의 가이드리브에 끼워져 이동할 수 있도록 결합되고, 상기 직진축은 몸체에 결합된 부싱에 삽입되어 결합되어 랙기어가 몸체에 설치된 회전축의 피니온기어와 맞물리게 설치되며, 상기 몸체와 상기 플레이트 사이의 직진축에는 탄성 스프링이 설치되고, 상기 몸체의 후면에는 무게중심프레임과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Proposed is a punching bag comprising a cover, a suspension arrangement, an inner lining and a filler consisting of soft stuffing and weight ballast, wherein said soft stuffing being specially prepared polyurethane foam («porolon»), and said weight ballast being specially prepared sand are disposed within the bag in sandwiched horizontal layers resting on each other. The filler comprises at least three horizontal layers, the lowermost and the uppermost layers being the layers of the weight ballast. Such a design provides high adaptability to manufacture the product in the mass production and the possibility of producing bags of different weights at the optimum size, prevents concentrating the filling agent in the lower part of the punching bag in the process of service.

An assembly structured to facilitate the practice of various martial art techniques by an individual such as kicks, punches and other physically delivered blows associated with various forms of the martial arts . At least one elongated stanchion is operatively supported by a base, preferably having a stabilizing assembly, in a substantially vertical, upright position. The stanchion comprises a plurality of support assemblies extending outwardly therefrom and being adjustable at various heights along the length thereof . Each or a predetermined number of the support assemblies include a mounting structure secured to an outer end thereof at a predetermined orientation. Each of the mounting structures is dimensioned, disposed and configured to have a striking target, such as a Thai pad, or like structure disposed in an exposed, accessible location to facilitate the delivery, by the individual, of different types of martial art blows.

A virtual trainer system and method of using such a system is provided. The system can include an impact receiving body and one or more illuminable impact sensors. A display unit can be operable to receive signals and broadcast images and audio signals. A control unit can be operatively coupled to the plurality of illuminable impact sensors and to the display unit. The system can be configured such that the control unit is operable to run an interactive workout program to A.) send a signal to the display unit and illuminable impact sensors requesting an impact-dependent response routine from the user, B.) evaluate responses from the user, and C.) provide a feedback signal to the display unit and illuminable impact sensors instructing the user to either repeat the previous impact-dependent response routine or progress to a new routine depending upon response time and calculated impact force of the user.

The frame member (64) is resiliently deformable to a collapsed qonfiguration that defines a collapsed frame area that is less than the expanded frame area. A layer of fabric material (70) is attached to the frame member (64) so that the fabric material is spread by the frame when the frame member (64) is in the expanded configuration.
