Abstract:
Games' board wherein the games' board comprises two identical games' board segments that are detachably attachable to each other. Assembly of a games' board and a first number of game pieces, wherein the games' board has a games' board side on which game pieces can be placed, which games' board side is provided with a second number of at least almost identical games' board recesses divided uniformly into rows and columns, wherein each game piece has a rectangular front surface bearing game marks and a support surface situated opposite the front surface for supporting the game piece on the games' board side, wherein the support surface is provided with at least one game piece protrusion which projects above the support surface and can be placed in a games' board recess. Game piece comprising a rectangular front surface bearing game marks and a support surface situated opposite the front surface, wherein the support surface is provided with at least one game piece protrusion projecting above the support surface.

Abstract:
Game board (2) having a wavy relief structure (7) formed of a series of rises (8) and dips (9) extending at regular distances from one another in at least two different directions (X-X' and Y-Y') and whereby one or several game pieces are further formed as sliding pieces (3) with one block (14) or with several blocks (14) which are connected to one another and whereby the lower contact surface (16) of every block (14) has a 'sloping shape which is predominantly complementary to the shape of the dips (9) of the game board (2).
Abstract:
Gameboard part (1) with sides (2), that is provided with at least one coupling means (6,8) on at least one of the sides (2) to enable the reverse coupling of the gameboard part (1) to another gameboard part (1) with identical coupling means (6,8) to thereby enable the formation, together with the other gameboard part (1), of different variants of a partial or complete gameboard (10). The coupling means can be, for example: hook and loop tape, mushroom tape, pressure- sensitive adhesive, an electronic coupling means or a magnetic coupling means.
Abstract:
Game piece in the form of a polyomino or polycube or similar, consisting of a number of blocks (5) that are put together in an orthogonal pattern, characterised in that the game piece (4) comprises at least two parts (6) that are each formed by a number of aforementioned blocks (5) connected together in a fixed way, whereby these parts (6) are slidably coupled with respect to one another in such a way that they enable a number of forms of game pieces (4) to be formed with the game piece (4) concerned.
Abstract:
Strategy board games that schematize competitive, yet non-combative, ecological processes, including preferred embodiments comprising multi-generation games of strategy and territory occupation played on a grid. During a first generation, players alternate placing game pieces, generally one grid unit in size, into unoccupied spaces on the grid, until substantially all territory is occupied. During successive generations, progressively larger game pieces are used and players alternate three-part moves consisting of. a. removing a smaller piece of one own's color; b. placing as many larger pieces as possible of one own's color; and, c. removing a smaller piece of one own's color; until no more smaller pieces are on the board. After the final generation, the player with the most pieces/territory wins.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a device for guiding and locating a piece (18) moveable on a game board, in particular a player in a ball game, said board comprising a first checker board divisional marking (26) defining squares (28, 30) which determine two axial directions, longitudinal and transversal as well as two diagonal directions. The invention is characterised in that each square comprises a second divisional marking (32) defining sub-squares (34) determining complementary directions. The invention also concerns the moveable piece (18) and the resulting game board.
Abstract:
Elements and a method for assembling components for a strategy game on a squared board with movable base pieces and slot-in game pieces. In this board game, at least two players play each other by rolling dice and moving a plurality of labelled and removable game pieces (y, y, z, z, z, x') around a squared reference board. The attraction of the game therefore is that it is played, with reference to the squared board, both with the assemblies (base piece (d) + game pieces y, y, z, z, z, x') and with the sub-assemblies constituting them. For this purpose, a geometrically flat base piece (d) is provided with recesses for receiving variously-labelled removable game pieces (y, y, z, z, z, x'). The invention is suitable for strategy games or car rally games.
