Fluid filtration devices, systems and methods are disclosed. The device comprises a pump-filter hybrid system that uses rotational motion to produce pressure to drive liquid through filter elements, capturing filtrate in an isolated chamber of the device and rejecting separated solids into a second isolated chamber. The fluid filtration device, which can be configured to filter a wide variety of fluids, comprises: an influent input manifold; an impeller bowl and filter assembly configured to rotate about an axis; a barrier and routing configuration to catch and distribute filtrate; a barrier and routing configuration to catch and distribute rejected solids.

본 발명은 물 분사 및 오폐수 처리가 가능한 차량용 폐수 처리 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 차량 탑재부(100)에 분리 가능하게 설치되며 물을 분사하는 노즐관체(110); 차량 탑재부(100)에 설치되며 유입관을 통해 이물질과 함께 폐수를 유입시키는 집수조(200); 상기 집수조(200)에 설치되며 이물질을 필터링 시키는 드럼 스크린(300); 상기 드럼 스크린(300)을 통해 이물질이 걸러진 폐수를 유입관을 통해 유입시켜 필터링 시키는 폐수 처리조(400); 상기 폐수 처리조(400)로부터 정수된 물을 보관하고, 일측에 외부로부터 물을 공급받는 유입관과 내부 처리수를 배출하는 유출관을 가지며, 펌핑기를 통해 상기 노즐관체(110)로 물을 공급하는 물 저장조(500);를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 이동 차량이 물 분사 기능, 이물질 필터링 기능, 폐수 처리 기능을 갖도록 하여 운반의 용이성이 확보됨은 물론 현장에서 빠른 설치 및 적용이 편리한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an automatically cleaned filter with cotton core. Said filter comprises an outer case, a cotton core and a pump. Said case comprises a lid that can be opened to put into the cotton core, a water inlet and more than one water outlets. Said case further comprises an inside cleaning apparatus connected with a motor outside the case. Said cleaning apparatus can be operated like the washing machine.

A separation apparatus for separating a solid-liquid mixture is described herein. A polymer solution is mixed, then combined with a solid -liquid mixture to flocculate the mixture, which is then flowed into the separation apparatus. A filtration member is disposed over the floor, one or more exterior walls, and any interior dividing walls, if present, for retaining solid media within the apparatus while permitting liquid to pass. A controllable distribution system having a plurality of individually actuatable inlets oriented to provide the solid-liquid mixture to discrete areas of the apparatus is usable to selectively maximize the efficiency of the separation process. A support structure can be mounted on one or more of the walls to enable observation of the separation process. Control means for the inlets can be accessible from the support structure to enable control of the distribution of the solid-liquid mixture responsive to visual observations.

A portable oil filtration unit (10) comprising a tank section (11) and a pump and filter unit (12) and an electrical control box (13). Operational switches are illustrated generally at (14). The unit is equipped with an inlet lance or wand (15) and an outlet lance or wand (16). The lances are located in position so that the lances have their ends at the bottom of a tank located in the tank housing (11). Thus when the unit is in a filtration mode and the pump turned on, oil will circulate from the tank through each of the lances and through the filtration unit.

The invention relates to a device which is intended for treating and filtering different liquids. Said device comprises a rolling platform (1), a pair of filtering devices (5-5') and a pump (2) propelling the liquid to said filtering devices (5-5') being mounted at the same level on said platform. The device also comprises corresponding ducts or branches for the distribution of the liquid from the pump (2) to the filtering devices (5-5') and for discharging said liquids. The ducts are provided with valves. By adequately combining the closed/open position of said valves, filtering can be carried out in a single stage or in two stages. The inventive device is autonomous, mobile and enables switching from one filtering mode to another without having to modify or change any component thereof.

A method and system to recycle water for hydro-excavation includes a vacuum hose to remove a slurry of solids and liquid from hydro-excavation at a site. A debris tank is in fluid communication with the vacuum hose and is used to collect the slurry. The system also includes a filter drum, where a portion of the filter drum is configured to rotate through the slurry to filter the liquids from the solids, where dewatered solids are returned to the site for compaction. In addition, an outlet is in fluid communication with a central portion of the filter drum to return filtered water for use in hydro-excavation at the site.
