A hitch assembly comprising a base arm having first and second ends, a first mating arm coupled with the first end, a second mating arm coupled with the second end, and a bias member coupling the first mating arm to the second mating arm.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A collapsible hitched trailer comprised of a bed member having a center bed section, and two pivotable bed sections pivotally attached to opposite sides of the center bed section. A protracting wheel axle member attached to an underside of the center bed section. Two wheels, one attached to each opposite end of the wheel axle member, and a draw bar member attached to one of the two pivotable bed sections, wherein the hitched trailer can be folded into a smaller shape and stored in a smaller area.
Abstract:
A folding trailer may be selectively moved between an extended or use position and a collapsed or storage position. The folding trailer may include an axle that is capable of being moved between a first position in which the axle is generally aligned along an axis and a second position in which the axle is disposed in a folded configuration. The axle is preferably located in generally the same plane in the first and second positions. In addition, the axle preferably moves in a generally rearward direction when the axle is moved from the first to the second position. The trailer may also include a bed that is capable of being moved between a first position in which first and second portions of the bed are generally aligned with a first plane and a second position in which the first and second portions of the bed are disposed in a folded position and generally aligned with a second plane. The axle and bed are preferably disposed in the first positions when the trailer is in the use position. The axle and bed are preferably disposed in the second positions when the trailer is in the storage position.
Abstract:
A mobile transform structure having an openable/closeable trailer body which is reversibly transformable between a closed, transportable, tractor-trailer mode and an open, ground-stabilized, spray-booth mode for receiving, and armor spray-coating, a selected surface in a subject wheeled vehicle at the location of that vehicle. The transform structure includes, in addition to the trailer body, a deployable canopy structure usable, with the trailer body open, to form a canopied spray enclosure for receiving a subject vehicle, and a trailer-self-contained, armor spray-coating system operable, when a wheeled vehicle is received in the enclosure, to armor spray-coat a selected surface in that vehicle. The method of the invention includes (a) transporting the closed trailer body to the site of such a vehicle, (b) opening that body at that site to transform it to a spray enclosure adapted for the entering and exiting of such a vehicle, and (c) and within the enclosure, and utilizing an armor spray-coating system which is self-contained on the trailer body, armor spray-coating a received vehicle.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a post assembly (10) for use in constructing a cage or enclosure (20). The posts assembly (10) of the present invention provide a structural member for forming a cage (20) which can be used in a variety of situations. The posts (10) can be installed onto any trailer irrespective of their size or alternatively the enclosure can be free standing. The posts (10) can also accommodate walls of various heights and thicknesses. In a preferred embodiment the post assembly (10) includes a first and second longitudinally extending body portions (66) and (68) having respective passageways (76), an arm (40) adapted to engage coaxially aligned passageways (76) of respective first and second longitudinally extending body portions, wherein the post assembly (10) is adapted to releasably engage adjacent wall portions (22) such that the walls portions (22) are held in a substantially upright position.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A trailer may include a weight indicator that is sized and configured to indicate at least a portion of the load carried by the trailer. The weight indicator may include a pointer that is connected to a suspension member, such as a leaf spring. Advantageously, the pointer may be connected to other suitable portions of the trailer such as a frame, bracket or the like. Advantageously, the trailer may also include two weight indicators to collectively indicate whether the trailer is loaded evenly.
Abstract:
A motor cycle trailer as shown in Fig.1. wherein the axle item 1 can be easily removed by a locking pin arrangement without the use of tools, this enables collapsing of the trailer for storage purposes to be carried out within an acceptable time scale.
