A pallet comprising a substantially planar load bearing surface (2), wherein the load bearing surface (2) is formed by supporting elements (3, 4) comprising a first element (3) and second elements (4), the second elements (4) substantially forming the load bearing surface (2), the second elements (4) protruding from the first element (3) along an extending direction, the second elements (4) delimiting recesses (5) in between them, characterized in that the pallet is being provided to receive second elements (2) of a second such pallet in the recesses (5) such that the load bearing surfaces (2) of the first and second pallet lie in substantially the same plane.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter, insbesondere zum Verpacken und Transportieren von Waren, mit mehreren von Längswänden (2) und Querwänden (3) gebildeten Wandelementen (2, 3), einem Boden (5) und einem Deckel (4), wobei jeweils benachbarte Wandelemente (2, 3) mittels Verbindungsmittel im Stoßbereich miteinander verbunden sind. Um derartige Behälter möglichst wirtschaftlich herstellen und im Betrieb handhaben zu können, wird gemäß der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, dass die Verbindungsmittel in der Stoßfuge zweier benachbarter Wandelemente (2, 3) angeordnet und aufseiten des einen Wandelements (2, 3) von mindestens einem Schlitz (9) und aufseiten des anderen Wandelements (2, 3) von mindestens einem Haken (8) gebildet sind, wobei sich der mindestens eine Haken (8) durch den mindestens einen Schlitz (9) erstreckt und den mindestens einen Schlitz (9) hintergreift.
Abstract:
The invention provides a retaining device for assembling two panels together. The device has a support and first and second pairs of spaced-apart parallel walls extending along the support and projecting outwardly therefrom for providing first and second holding channels extending angularly to each other, each channel being adapted to receive an edge of one of the panels therein in a snugly relationship to allow assembling of the two panels. The invention also provides a formwork for forming a polygonal upright concrete structure using a plurality of retaining devices and a plurality of panels arranged with the retaining devices for providing a forming cavity between the panels adapted to receive concrete therein. There is also provided a packaging assembly for packaging goods using a plurality of retaining devices and a plurality of panels arranged with the retaining devices for providing a protecting cavity between the panels adapted to receive the goods therein.

The present invention provides an assembly type pallet, elements of which are configured as disassemblable elements, so that the pallet can be easily and quickly assembled when it is used, and can be easily and quickly disassembled when it is kept in storage or is moved. Thus, the pallet is easily handled by workers. The pallet includes : an upper plate unit having a rectangular shape, with a plurality of pressed embossments formed on the upper plate unit; a lower plate unit placed opposed to the upper plate unit, the lower plate unit having a rectangular shape with a plurality of pressed embossments formed on the lower plate unit; and a locking unit placed between the upper and lower plate units and locking the upper and lower plate units to each other.

A certified (e.g. U.S. Department of Transportation and United Nations) transportable, returnable, reusable, plastic, self-supporting, storage container for liquids, greases, prills, dry powders or any combination thereof, comprising a rigid, round, plastic vessel (20), molded in one piece, and a full-diameter lid (10) for the vessel having one large cap (13) and a smaller bung (13B). Preferably, these parts are molded out of a dicyclopentadiene polymer, using the reaction injection molding (RIM) process. The lateral wall (20A-B) of the vessel is inclined inwardly from top to bottom so as to define an upper truncated conical section (21A) and lower truncated conical section (21B) coaxial with the upper section. A recess (25) with a thick wall section (26) is formed near the bottom of lateral wall (20B) of the vessel and this recess can be tapped with a threaded drainage hole (27) to receive a threaded drain valve (30). The vessel's bottom (24) is sloped towards this recess to permit complete draining of the container's contents. The container may be mounted on a pallet member (40) or seated in a pallet tub (50).

A box pallet having a base (1) and four sidewalls (2-5) is characterised in that the base (1) has four vertical walls (7-10) which, together with the upper surface (6) of the base, form an upwardly open, rectangular space for accommodating the sidewalls (2-5), each sidewall being releasably connected to the adjacent sidewall in that the vertical edge portions of the adjacent sidewalls are in the shape of hook-shaped beads (15, 16) engaging one another, and that the upper surface (6) and the vertical walls (7-10) of the base form supporting and guiding means for the sidewalls (2-5) resting loosely on the upper surface of the base.
