Abstract: 본 발명은 수평형 일회용 몰드를 이용한 아이스크림 진공 포장재에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 플라스틱 필름을 성형하여 바 타입의 아이스크림의 형태를 유지하는 수평형 일회용 몰드를 만들고 그 내부에 아이스크림액을 충진하여 동결시키고, 수평형 일회용 몰드를 아이스크림과 함께 보강판 또는 몰드고정판으로 아이스크림의 형태가 유지되도록 하면서 진공포장을 하여 아이스크림의 표면이 산화되거나 훼손되는 것을 막아주는 수평형 일회용 몰드를 이용한 아이스크림 진공 포장재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 아이스크림을 진공으로 포장함으로써 유통 및 판매과정에서 공기와 접촉하는 것을 최소화하여 아이스크림 표면의 건조현상을 방지하고, 아이스크림의 산화작용을 방지하여 아이스크림의 표면에 성에가 발생하는 것을 차단하는 것은 물론 아이스크림의 품질을 장기간 유지할 수 있게 하는 효과가 있다.
