Disclosed herein is a mechanized production line of floodeh (faloudeh) comprising three main sections including, faloodeh ( faloudeh) noodle production section, syrup production section and mixing & flavoring section. To establish the whole production line 20 sq. meter area to produce 500 Kg of product is needed. The whole production line is made up of stainless steel.

An apparatus for producing and dispensing soft serve frozen treats comprises a vertical cylinder having a closed bottom, a freezing coil wrapped around the vertical cylinder, a dispenser assembly coupled to a dispensing aperture in the closed bottom of the vertical cylinder, and a hollow auger shaft within the vertical cylinder and coupled to a drive shaft extending out of the vertical cylinder. The auger shaft has a plurality of stirring elements mounted thereon, such that when the drive shaft is driven to rotate the auger shaft rotates the stirring elements within a mixing area in a lower portion of the vertical cylinder.

A device (1) is described, for producing and delivering ice-cream comprising creaming means (3) for producing such ice-cream (2) starting from at least one ice-cream base; supplying means (5) of at least one of the ice-cream bases to the creaming means (3); cooling means (7) of the creaming means (3); delivering means (9) of the ice-cream (2) from the creaming means (3) outside the device (1). A disposable container (9) of ice-cream base for this device (1) and a system for producing and delivering espresso ice-cream are also described.

Disclosed is an apparatus (1) for dispensing a frozen confection, the apparatus comprising: a chamber (2) which houses at least one container (3) suitable for containing a frozen confection. The container (3) comprises a product outlet (5) through which the frozen confection can be dispensed; a receptacle comprising a body extending from the product outlet to a base (9); a flexible bag for containing the frozen confection and located inside the receptacle; and a propellant inlet through which pressurized gas can be introduced to a region inside the receptacle and outside of the bag to urge the frozen confection towards the product outlet. A support member (11) is arranged to limit or prevent expansion of the receptacle base when the pressurized gas is introduced therein.

The techniques described herein provide, in one embodiment, a dual-axis mixer for food products that comprises a product holder that is configured to hold a sealed product cup containing a food product to be mixed. The mixer also comprises a primary axis of rotation about a central axis, and a secondary axis of rotation radially offset from the central axis, the secondary axis positioned to rotate around the primary axis. According to the illustrative embodiment, the product holder is located at the secondary axis and is configured to rotate about the secondary axis, the primary axis of rotation provides centripetal force to the food product as it rotates around the primary axis, and the secondary axis rotates the product holder to churn the food product within the product cup.

An apparatus for making ice cubes comprises a plurality of elongated elements (1, 2). A plurality of mould parts (3, 4, 5, 6) are movable with respect to the elongated elements (1, 2). The plurality of mould parts are movable to form a mould (7) around a first elongated element (1) of the elongated elements. A control unit is configured to control a movement of the plurality of mould parts with respect to the elongated elements to move the mould parts (3, 5) forming the mould (7) around the first elongated element (1) apart once a first ice column (201) has been formed in the mould (7), and form a mould (8) around a second elongated element (2) of the elongated elements. An ice remover (202) is configured to remove the first ice column (201).
