Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
A bank-note processing device wherein disposed between a pair of rotary drums (22, 23) is a stacker lever (53) that presses that portion of the bank-note (31) inserted in bank-note guide slits (22b, 23b) which is positioned on the side of a bank-note reverse-flowing-preventive lever (32), toward a stacker (20) in operative association with the movement of a stacker chute (51), whereby even if a large number of wrinkled bank-notes are received in the stacker, jamming of bank-notes is minimized.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an apparatus for accumulating and dispensing bank notes of various length, width and condition without appreciable deformation of current note and displacement of previously stacked notes, preferably having a device connected in series to verify genuineness of bank notes inserted. Apparatus comprises a lockable removable box with a note transfer, stacker and dispensing mechanism. A note transfer mechanism comprises a belt drive with at least one spring claw for gripping note leading edge. Stacker mechanism comprises two reversible frames with longitudinal revolving panels on their side segments. Dispensing mechanism comprises spring loaded roll pallet with outlet gate. A note is pulled into apparatus by means of gripper under the belt translation. The notes stack or bundle is formed due to reversible motion of frames with corresponding side panels revolving. At the dispenser embodiment the bundle of notes slides out due to cooperative motion of driving belt and roll pallet. Belt and frames drivers are operated by microcontroller. Proposed apparatus is characterized by a simple and therefore economical compact flat construction, multi- purposing using, low energy consumption and high rapidity of action.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a media stacking apparatus for an automatic media dispenser. A media stacking apparatus according to the present invention comprises a media box provided with a seating space allowing media to be pulled and stacked therein, inlet rollers provided to face each other and to rotate in opposite directions relative to one another so that the media are pulled into the seating space, a damping unit colliding against the medium pulled into the seating space by the inlet rollers, and a pressing unit for pressing down a trailing end of the medium. The damping unit and the pressing unit are connected to both ends of a link by the pins to cooperate with each other. Thus, the media are stacked in the seating space, so that the following medium can be pulled therein without any interference. According to the present invention, there is an advantage in that a stacking reliability is enhanced when media are stacked.
Abstract:
A sheet handling apparatus has a sheet transport (10, 11) that that frictionally engages the edges of a sheet (23) to move it in a first direction. A foot (12) moves the sheet (23) out of the transport (10, 11) in a second direction perpendicular to the face of the sheet (23). The sheet transport (10, 11) reduces its grip on the edges of the sheet (23) as the foot (12) begins to operate.
Abstract:
A banknote handling apparatus (200) includes a driving mechanism (313) configured to transport the banknote through an interior of the banknote handling apparatus (200) and on to a stacking tray (210), and a rigid chain stacker (400) having a first and second chain (403a, 403b), and a pusher plate (417) disposed at an end (409a, 409b) of each of the first chain and the second chain (403a, 403b) and coupled to the end (409a, 409b) of the first chain and the second chain (403a, 403b), the pusher plate (417) pushes banknotes through an aperture (316) of the stacking tray (210) into a note storage area (203) when the first and second chain (403a, 403b) move down the interior of the banknote handling apparatus (200).
Abstract:
A handoff mechanism for use with a media stacker of a media production apparatus comprises a plurality of kicker units (101) arranged across a width of the handoff mechanism. A common drive mechanism (103) is provided to move the plurality of kicker units (101) between a closed position and an open position. Each kicker unit (101), when in the closed position during use, applies a pressure to any media sheets that are already stacked in a stacker tray (105) while a new media sheet is being fed to the stacker tray. The pressure provided by each kicker unit (101) is independent of the pressure provided by the other kicker units (101).
