Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aqueous polyurushiol nanoliquid, to polyurushiol powder using same, and to the uses thereof. The method comprises: preparing hydrophilic salt by neutralizing a first polymer, which is obtained by polymerizing urushiol, a hydrophilic monomer, and an oxidizing agent, using a neutralizing agent; and preparing a second polymer by polymerizing a water-dispersed emulsion by adding an oxidizing agent to the emulsion. According to the present invention, allergic side effects of the urushiol are prevented, while the unique antibiotic, antifungal, mothproof, and antiseptic properties of the urushiol are maintained. Therefore, the present invention can be usefully applied to compositions for manufacturing soap, cosmetics, water-based paint, plastic products, and for dying fibers.

Aqueous paper sizing dispersions for internal and surface sizing contain colophonium resins or compounds derived from colophonium resins, a minimum amount of an anionic, cationic or non-ionic emulsifier, a subsequently added polymer for stabilising the dispersion, an optional aluminium-ion-containing fixator, an optional synthetic sizing agent and an optional extender. These new dispersions are suitable for finishing paper and cardboard. Also disclosed is a process for producing these aqueous paper sizing dispersions characterised in that during a first stage, a metastable dispersion of a colophonium resin or compound derived therefrom is prepared with a minimum amount of a synthetic emulsifier, this dispersion is immediately cooled, then converted at low temperatures with a polymer solution or dispersion into a stable dispersion.

A composition for manufacturing an elastic tannin based foam material comprises tannins according to an amount generally comprised between 10% and 80% by weight, and an isocyanate according to an amount comprised between 5% and 80% by weight. The composition further comprises a substance having an aminic functionality and a alkoxylated functionality, which substance includes at least one amino group and at least one alkoxylated group, these groups being part of the same molecule or of different molecules.

A composition for manufacturing a foam material based on flavonoid tannins, includes a flavonoid tannin powder mainly of the prorobineditinidin and/or the profisetinidin type, according to an amount in weight in the range between 40% and 45% of the composition, furfuryl alcohol, a blowing agent, and a catalyst. The composition is totally formaldehyde-free, and contains an amount of furfuryl alcohol greater than 20% in weight of the composition. The composition makes possible to obtain foam materials of high characteristics and low cost, that can typically be used in the fields of building and in the automotive industry and in the vehicles in general.

본 발명은 우루시올, 친수성 단량체 및 산화제를 중합 반응시켜 제 1 중합체를 제조한 후 중화제로 중화하여 친수성 염을 제조하고, 물을 첨가하여 수분산한 에멀젼에 산화제를 첨가하여 중합 반응시켜 제 2 중합체를 제조하는 것을 포함하는 폴리우루시올 나노 수성액의 제조 방법, 이를 이용한 폴리우루시올 분말 및 그의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 우루시올의 고유한 항균, 항곰팡이, 방충 및 방부 특성은 그대로 유지하면서 알러지 부작용을 제거하여 비누류, 화장품류, 섬유염색, 수성도료류, 플라스틱류 등 생활용품을 만드는 조성물에 적용이 유용하다.
