본 발명은, 열가소성 고분자; 탄소나노튜브; 및 전도성 개선용 첨가제를 포함하되, 전도성 개선용 첨가제로서 페놀계 화합물, 포스파이트계 화합물 및 폴리알킬렌계 왁스 화합물 중에서 선택되는 둘 이상을 포함하는 전도성 복합재를 제공한다. 열가소성 고분자 수지가 갖는 기본적인 물성을 유지하면서, 표면저항을 감소시켜 전도성이 현저히 향상된 전도성 복합재를 제공 할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) compositions, and more particularly to flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane compositions comprising non-halogen flame retardants. The TPU compositions are useful for applications where high flame performance, and optionally low smoke properties, as well as high tensile strength are desirable, such as wire and cable applications, film applications, molding applications, and the like. This invention also relates to processes to produce the non-halogen flame retardant TPU compositions and processes to produce wire and cable jacketing from such compositions.

A process for making a phosphorus-containing compound comprising contacting: (A) and (B) is disclosed. The phosphorus-containing compound can then be used as flame retardants for polymers, especially for epoxy, polyurethane, thermosetting resins and thermoplastic polymers; and the use of such flame retardant-containing polymers to make protective coating formulations and ignition-resistant fabricated articles, such as electrical laminates, polyurethane foams, and various molded and/or foamed thermoplastic products.
