摘要： The present invention provides a release agent, which comprises the following constituents: a hydrosilicone, a catalyst for dehydrogenation condensation, and a solvent. The release agent of the present invention is a semi-permanent release agent, in addition, it has the advantages of simple composition, rapid curing under low temperature, low transferring of release agent, less amount of wax accumulation, convenient application and low cost. Said release agent is especially suitable for the manufacturing of polyurethane foam article, representing a great breakthrough in the art, and the thus obtained article has a uniform open cell structure. The present invention further provides a process for preparing said release agent as well as a use in the manufacturing of polyurethane foam article, epoxy resin articles, glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin articles, rubber articles, unsaturated polyester articles and other polyurethane articles.

摘要： An aqueous hydraulic fluid composition comprising of one or more lubricants such as a monovalent metal salt, ammonium, or amine salt of a dicarboxylic acid, such as a C21 dicarboxylic acid is described in which the aqueous hydraulic fluid composition demonstrates increased thermal stability when exposed to elevated temperatures for a prolonged period of time while being able to tolerate the presence of 10% v/v synthetic seawater. The aqueous hydraulic fluid composition contains less than about 20% by weight (preferably none or substantially none) of an oil selected from the group consisting of mineral oils, synthetic hydrocarbon oils, and mixtures thereof. The hydraulic fluid hereof preferably comprises a cyclical or ring base tertiary amine with no hydroxyl functionality such as 1, 4-dimethyl piperazine.

摘要： An antioxidant which comprises a primary aliphatic hydroxyl group linked to an organic backbone such that upon oxidation a hydroperoxyl moiety capable of boosting the efficacy of free radical scavengers and hydroperoxide decomposer type antioxidants is generated in situ. The antioxidant is preferably a high hydroxyl polyol ester having a hydroxyl number ranging from about 30 to about 180 which ester is the reaction product of polyol and an acid which is at least fifty percent branched carboxylic acid, wherein the unconverted hydroxyl group is reacted with a facile leaving group, thereby producing free-CH 2 OH groups upon hydrolysis or oxidation.
