Abstract:
Abstract:
A false twist yarn of polyester composite fiber, characterized in that the composite fiber comprises a single yarn prepared through side-by-side type or eccentric sheath-core type lamination of two types of polyester components, at least one component of the two types polyester components is polytrimethylene terephthalate, the difference between the intrinsic viscosities of the two types of polyester components is 0.05 to 0.9 (dl/g), the yarn has the latent crimping property, and the crimp being manifested before the treatment with boiling water exhibits an elongation by stretch of 50 % or more.
Abstract:
A heat-resistant crimped yarn being free from the deterioration of quality due to heating, characterized in that the yarn comprises heat-resistant, highly functional fibers and has a stretch elongation of 6 % or more, a stretch modulus of 40 % or more and a strength of 0.15 to 3.5 N/tex. The heat-resistant crimped yarn is significantly reduced in the quality deterioration of heat-resistant, highly functional fibers due to heat treatment during manufacturing operations, maintains excellent properties such as high heat resistance and flame retardency which are inherent to the heat-resistant, highly functional fibers, and also has good stretch elongation and stretch modulus and excellent appearance, and further is less prone to the production of fluff or dust during the use thereof.
Abstract:
A method for producing polypropylene terephthalate twisted yarns, characterized as comprising utilizing polypropylene terephthalate unstretched yarns and carrying out stretching and twisting at the same time under specific conditions; and polypropylene terephthalate twisted yarns produced by the method. The polypropylene terephthalate twisted yarns are reduced in irregularity in dyeing and in the amount of fluff and have excellent quality.
Abstract:
A method of processing textile material is disclosed in which the material (13) is passed along a predetermined path through a liquid jet device (50, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120, 130) applying a force to the material (13) transversely to the axis of the material (13). High pressure water is used to form one or more belts (11, 12) for applying twist to a yarn (13), sliver or roving (273), or as a jet to intermingle one or more yarns (13). The water may serve to cool the yarn (13) after heating in a false twist process.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and device for producing a fancy yarn (1") from a continuous synthetic filament yarn having sections (20) of varying thickness and /or orientation or crystallinity. The filament yarn (1) with sections is textured, after which the sections (20) of the filament yarn are post-drawn. For this purpose a texturing field (II), followed by a post-drawing field (III), is located downstream from a pre-drawing field (I).
