나선형 회전 꼬임에 의한 경사 길이 효과가 내재화되어 있으며 불규칙한 자기 열수축에 의한 미세 텍스처를 갖는 1 종의 필라멘트들을 포함하는 길이 방향으로 연장된 형태를 갖는 스트랜드가 개시된다. 상기 스트랜드의 필라멘트들은 흑인 자연모에 매우 유사한 자연스러운 곱슬거림(coiling) 특성을 나타내는데, 이러한 특성은 필라멘트들이 미세하고 불규칙한 많은 굴곡부들(projections)이 이루는 3차원 파형을 가지며, 더구나 이러한 파형이 프랙탈 구조 특성 및 미세한 킨키 텍스처를 나타내는 사실에 기인한다.

본 발명은 전기방사하여 제조된 나노섬유 멤브레인을 정밀 슬리팅하여 나노섬유 테이프사를 제조한 후, 나노섬유 테이프사를 연사하여 얻어진 나노섬유 단독 연사물 또는 나노섬유 단독 연사물과 천연섬유 또는 합성섬유와 복합 연사하여 얻어지는 나노섬유 기반 복합 가연사 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 나노섬유 기반 복합 가연사는 적어도 하나의 접합부를 포함하는 나노섬유 테이프사 또는 상기 나노섬유 테이프사를 가연한 가연사; 및 상기 나노섬유 테이프사 또는 가연사와 복합가연되는 천연섬유사 또는 합성섬유사;를 포함하며, 상기 나노섬유 테이프사는 섬유 성형성 고분자 물질로 이루어지며, 평균직경 1㎛ 미만의 고분자 나노섬유가 집적되어 미세 기공을 갖는 나노섬유 웹으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
A yarn texturizing apparatus and method for texturizing a plurality of yams, which can include a tack assembly and a jet box assembly. The tack assembly can be configured to receive a bundle of yarns and impart a plurality of twists to each bundle of yarns and subsequently impart a first tack point at a point corresponding to a twist reversal between the twists. The downstream jet box assembly can be configured to place a plurality of additional tack points intermittently along the plurality of twists of each bundle of yarn.

The present invention provides a sparkling dyed double covered yarn comprising: (i) a core yarn; (ii) a first sheath yarn made of a bright polyamide yarn wound around the core yarn to form a single covered yarn; and (iii) a second sheath yarn made of a dyed polyamide yarn wound around said single covered yarn to form a double covered yarn; wherein the first sheath yarn and the second sheath yarn are wound in the same direction. The invention further provides processes for manufacturing a sparkling dyed double covered yarn and fabrics comprising the same.

The invention relates to a method for creating markings on a planar textile body and a thread-like body for carrying out said method. According to the invention, a method for the creation of markings on a planar textile body, which will survive all following process steps and permits a clear marking of position on the textile surface can be achieved, whereby, during production of the planar body, a thread-like body (15) is included, which comprises a support (16) with a filament (17) wound around said support and whereby said support is divided into marked zones (18, 19, 20) and mark-free zones (21, 22, 23).

False twist yarns consisting of synthetic fibers, having, in respective specified-ranges, an elongation, an expansion/contraction restoring ratio, a crimp developing elongation ratio, a maximum shrinkage stress, a single-yarn deforming level, and the number of interlaces, being excellent in drapability, soft feeling, bulkiness, and stretchability, and having a lightweight feeling, a mild luster, and a smooth, dry feeling. The false twist yarns can create woven/knitted fabrics having a novel texture not found in those using conventional drawn yarns or false twist yarns. In a drawing false twist process provided with a heater, a false twister, and a twist setter provided between the heater and the false twister, non-drawn yarns supplied to this process are heated by the heater with a twisting action to be applied thereto by the false twister controlled by the twist setter, are allowed to pass the twist setter after heated, and then are false-twisted by the false twister with the twist setter as a twisting starting point, thereby producing false twist yarns.
Abstract:
A preliminarily twisted and false twisted yarn, characterized in that the yarn comprises multifilaments of polytrimethylene terephthalate fibers and the multifilaments are preliminary twisted in a different direction from that of a false twisting. The preliminarily twisted and false twisted yarn can be used for manufacturing a fabric which is excellent in stretching property and the recovery from an extended state and has a soft feeling.
