The tunnel is built in successive sections by means of a machine M suitable for operating at the surface and in immersion that is displaced in the water on the sub-sea soil, this machine comprising a fluid-tight working space (6) for accommodating the personnel and equipment required for construction, this space having a rearward-facing opening for building and erecting a section at the rear of the machine and the machine comprising in its forward section a ballastable chamber (7) equipped with means (21-23) for preparing and grading the soil in readiness for erection of a section. Application to construction of a tunnel on the bottom of a body of water.
Abstract:
Es zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass Tunnelröhren in beliebiger Formgebung tragwirksam aus Stahl gefertigt, anschließend nutzgerecht mit Beton ausgekleidet und maximal mit erforderlichen Installation ausgerüstet werden. Montage und Fertigung erfolgen landtrocken in einer über Tiefbrunnen trocken gehaltenen Baugrube, deren Sohltiefe das Einschwimmen des höchsten Bauteiles der Tunnelröhre nach Flutung in eine tunnelartige Verbaukonstruktion der angelegten Kanalrinne ermöglicht. Das gewonnene Grundwasser kann ständig einer Drittnutzung zugeführt werden. Bei Querung fließender Gewässer wird der Riegelverband des Kanaltunnelverbaus flächig ausgeführt. Er verhindert das Einschwimmen von Fremdkörpern in der Tunnelverbau und ist wiederverwendungsfähig.
Abstract:
A method of building a shallow-depth tunnel at the bottom of a water area and a system used to implement it present a technology of driving a tunnel (11) for vehicle traffic or other-purpose tunnel under the river channel or under the bottom of other shallow water area. They can be predominantly used to form a temporary enclosure for a closed bottom segment in the water area and the space above it throughout the depth of water. A distinctive feature of the method is that a bottomless hydraulic enclosure (1) with controlled buoyancy is used in it. This enclosure is made at a plant as a single closed structure capable of bearing on it detachable crane equipment, construction platforms and amenity rooms.
