Die Erfindung betrifft einen Saugbagger (1), bei dem ein Luftstrom (12), der bei Durchlauf eines Ventilators (7) erwärmt wurde, zur Erwärmung, zum Warmhalten sowie zum Auftauen bereits vereister Komponenten des Saugbaggers (1) verwendet ist. Der Luftstrom (12) ist als geführter Luftstrom (12.1, nicht in Fig. 1 gezeigt) mittels einer Luftstromweiche (10) aus einem Abluftkanal (8) abzweigbar und durch einen Rückführkanal (9) mit Ausgängen (11) in dem Saugbagger (1) verteilbar. Der erfindungsgemäße Saugbagger (1) kann in einem strömungstechnischen Kurzschlusszustand betrieben sein, bei dem der Luftstrom (12) im Inneren des Saugbaggers (1) umgewälzt ist.

The invention relates to a vibrator, bucket, and vibration method. The vibrator (16) comprises a rotation device (18) which is arranged to rotate (P) a rotating axle (19) and at least one vibrator element (17) arranged on it. The vibrator element comprises an outer surface that has different distances (R) from the rotating axle. The outer surface of the vibrator element is in contact with a mating surface (20). When the vibrator element is rotated, vibrating motion V is generated.

A method of analyzing minerals received within a mining shovel bucket includes collecting data associated with ore received in the bucket, where the bucket includes at least one active sensor, where the ore includes one or more mineral, and where the ore is within a field of the active sensor. The method further includes determining a content of the minerals using the data, transmitting information relating to the content of the minerals to a decision support system, and sorting or processing the ore based on an output of the decision support system. Collecting data associated with the ores may include generating source signals, applying the source signals to the active sensor, collecting a response from the active sensor, and comparing the response with a reference or threshold. A compact earth filtering machine adapted to engage with a base vehicle includes a frame including a guide structure for guiding earth being screened. A set of rollers is supported by the frame, with each roller associated with a corresponding sprocket. A mesh, forming a continuous loop and supported by the rollers, is provided for elevating and screening earth provided by the guide structure. A drive chain, coupled along an edge of the mesh, is adapted to engage the sprockets associated with the rollers. A driver is provided for rotating a selected one of the rollers and the associated sprocket to thereby cause the mesh to elevate and screen the earth provided by the guide structure. A transverse conveyor supported by the frame transports earth screened by the mesh to a discharge point adjacent to the compact filtering machine.

A mechanical bucket for separating small material from larger material. The mechanical bucket includes a bucket adapted to receive and retain material within the bucket and a roller screen assembly removably secured to a bottom portion of the bucket. The material received within the bucket rests on the roller screen assembly when deactivated. The roller screen assembly is adapted to separate smaller material from larger material of the material received within the bucket when activated. The mechanical bucket may include a scraper device for removing debris from the roller screen assembly when the roller screen assembly is activated.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Arbeitswerkzeug für eine Erdbaumaschine mit einem als Löffel oder Schaufel ausgebildeten Grabgerät (10), das einen Aufnahmeraum (24) für das abzutragende Gut begrenzt, und mit einem an dem Grabgerät (10) angeordneten und als Baueinheit mit diesem von dem Stiel der Erdbaumaschine lösbaren Anbaugerät (12), das ein mittels Schwenkantrieb (36) gegen die Ladeöffnung (43) des Aufnahmeraums (24) schwenkbares Zusatzwerkzeug (14,16,17) aufweist. Um die Einsatzmöglichkeiten zu verbessern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Schwenkantrieb (36) eine oberhalb der Ladeöffnung (43) angeordnete und sich über mehr als deren halbe Breite erstreckende Schwenkwelle (42) aufweist, und dass das Zusatzwerkzeug (14,16,17) über Verbindungsmittel (50) an der Schwenkwelle (42) fixierbar ist.

A method for screening of soil removed from the ground and transporting it off the site by means of a scoop or a similar soil-processing device, in which method screening is carried out by means of a screening device (9, 12) connected to the scoop and formed of several shafts (9) and of discs (12) fixed to them. Soil is removed with the scoop under water by means of the scoop motion, whereby soil and water get moved towards the screening device (9, 12), essentially deviating from the horizontal and most suitably located in an essentially tilted or vertical direction, and through it and by means of pump (4) in the device soil and water is sucked through said screening device and pumped further into outlet tube (3) or similar.
