The present disclosure discloses an automatic object manipulating system and method. The system includes a controller, a feeding and conveying unit, first and second trajectories, a scanning unit, a processor, a plurality of grade containers and an ejection unit. The feeding and conveying unit feed, singulate and orient objects. The first and second trajectories facilitate movement of objects received from the feeding and conveying unit to the ejecting unit. During movement of objects by the first and second trajectories the objects are optionally cut, objects are scanned and graded and ejected in respective grade container. The system can be retrofitted in conventional cutting machines or can have provision of cutting while held and conveyed by the first and second trajectories.

The present disclosure relates to an electromechanical grading machine for grading objects and method thereof. The grading machine includes at least one controller with a grading comparator, an object introducing unit, an in-feed unit for feeding object in queue, a singulator for singulating objects, an object moving channel, a plurality of optical examination beds, an optic unit, a plurality of grade container and an object ejection unit. The ejector unit includes at least one channel which receives graded object from the optic unit, a plurality of channel sensors, an object directing unit and a plurality of doors. The channel sensor senses the movement of objects along the channel and cooperated with controller. The objet directing unit provides controlled movement of the objects to the doors thereby gently moving the objects. The doors are permit flow of objects in the grade container.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for automatic segregation of working and non-working parts from waste printed circuit boards or electronic waste with minimal or no manual efforts. The apparatus comprises a component segregation section and a functionality check section, to segregate functional and non-functional components in the various stages depending upon their functionality, nature and reusability. The apparatus takes in the bulk waste product as feed; the entry of the same is sensed by the sensors provided on the conveyor belt and that initiates the segregation process. The components from the waste product then undergo a number of stages wherein all necessary steps are taken like, size sorting, metallic parts sorting, reusable parts sorting. The apparatus is enabled with at least one smart inductor testing device that checks the functionality of the inductors.

A system and method are provided for optimizing the flow of seed along a seed handling path. The system and method include multiple stages at which seeds undergo different processes to prepare the seeds for sale or further handling. The stages may include one or more of Receiving, Husking, Sorting, Drying, Shelling, Bulk Storage, Sizing, Conditioning, Treating, and Packaging. Sensors may be located along the seed handling path for monitoring the seed handling path and the operations and conveyances occurring along the seed handling path at and between different stages. The sensors may provide feedback signals to a controller, which may in turn adjust the operating parameters of various processing devices associated with one or more of the stages in a real-time scenario to optimize the operations and conveyances occurring along the seed handling path.

Methods and systems are provided for controlling an automatic separator apparatus of a Materials Recovery Facility (200). An input stream (202) of recycled materials is provided, wherein the composition of the input stream is subject to variation during a time interval. The input stream passes through a separator machine (214A, 214B) having a plurality of adjustable machine operating parameters. Via a computerized control system the first one of the operating parameters is adjusted for monitoring the quality of separation achieved by the separator machine so as to select a value of the first parameter that improves the monitored quality of separation. This process is continued for each of the other adjustable parameters of the separator machine, and then the process is repeated so as to continuously adjust the operating parameters of the separator machine to optimize its efficiency of separation.

This invention relates to a device in a saw mill, which comprises a raw sorting mill and an adjusting mill, in which sawn boards are intended to be taken up to a transporting device comprising driver means, which are arranged on endless chains, whereafter the transporting device is intended to take the boards further towards stations where the board are laid off, each driver means having a U-form like design and comprising three main parts, a basic part and two leg parts, which in the normal case form essentially a right angle with the basic part. According to the invention the device is characterized in that the one leg part (7, 14) of the driver means (4) is articulately suspended in relation to the basic part (5, 12) of the driver means in such a way that the mentioned leg part can be folded inwards towards the mentioned basic part when suddenly and violently contacting the endless chain (3) at the passage past an end wheel, which sudden contact is the result of a stroke arising when a lower corner (10) of the driver means (4), seen in the transporting position, hits a board (11) which shall be transported further by the transporting device, and thereafter automatically returns to the normal position, i.e. a position where the mentioned leg part (7, 14) forms an essentially right angle with the basic part (5, 12).
