    Abstract: Es wird ein neues Igluzelt vorgestellt. Es wird wie üblich montiert, indem eine Zeltplane mittels einer Anzahl Zeltstangen (1, 2) verbunden wird, wobei die Zeltplane aufgespannt wird. Die Zeltstangen (1, 2) sind zusammenlegbar, so dass sie als kleines und vor allem kurzes Paket verpackt werden können. Dazu bestehen sie aus kürzeren Einzelelementen aus einem Profilstab, meist einem Rundprofil. Diese Elemente sind ineinander steckbar. Die Einzelelemente können miteinander auf einfache und bekannte Weise gegen Verdrehen gesichert werden. Die Zeltplane besteht aus mehreren Stoffbahnen (41 - 44), welche an den jeweils gemeinsamen Seiten miteinander vernäht und/oder verklebt oder verschweisst sind. Das neue Igluzelt weist statt einem Zeltboden eine Liegematte (6) auf, welche sich in einem Abstand (A) vom Untergrund (U) befindet.

    Abstract: An inflatable shelter which has an airtight mattress (20) constructed with a number of interconnecting chambers (22) filled with air. An arched canopy (26) also having chambers is attached to the mattress forming a cavity inbetween suitable for entry inside. The shelter incorporates a number of ventilating air openings (28) allowing ambient air to circulate inside to prevent moisture condensation and provide sufficient fresh air for an occupant. The openings may include a cover (32) attached to the canopy or a separate rain fly (40) covering the entire shelter. The openings further include a woven screen (30) to prevent insects from entering the interior. In order to access the shelter, a slit (34) with VELCRO3 (36) or a zipper (38) is provided permitting entrance inside along with a method of closure. The slit may be portioned on either end of the canopy or on the periphery at the interface of the mattress, thus permitting the entire canopy to open in a clamshell manner. A pillow (24) is integrally included in the mattress for user comfort.

    Abstract: A range of foldable casings of different dimensions to fulfil different functions that can be used as portable cradles (useful with function as insect protection casing as well such as against the Anopheles mosquito), kennels and emergency pet crates,capsule-like medical stretchers to rescue injured people in hostile situations and extreme environments, camping tents, kayaks and different types of small watercrafts as well as parachutable multipurpose tents. These casings in unfolding phase open with great ease and are made by a fabric casing or similar materials, closed as a shell and firmly connected to a frame consisting of flexible ring-shaped and arch-shaped rods. In these casings, ones opened e unfolded, all their elements can be strongly tensioned by the opposite action of fabrics, rods and internal traction elements. These casings, ones tensioned and made rigid, are then capable to support the full weight of a body on a horizontal surface located inside said casings, lifting the body's weight off the ground and distributing said weight among all other elements of these casings that, designed such way, are thus extremely lightweight and resistant.
