The invention relates to a prefabricated structure of ferroconcrete or a substitute material with a base (8), side walls (33) and facing walls and a cover plate (10) above the base, in which the cover plate forms either a parking area for at least one motor vehicle or the floor plate of a cell, especially a garage cell, and the region of the structure beneath the cover plate is designed for sinking into the earth, and in which a liquid reservoir with an inlet and outlet is formed beneath the cover plate inside the structure. The liquid reservoir is a water tank (12), the inlet union of which is intended for rainwater, waste water and/or groung or surface water and the outlet is intended for a waste water or water disposal connection.

La invención es una pérgola cuya altura puede ser modificada de manera mecánica desde la cota cero (donde se encuentra instalada) a una altura suficiente para poder actuar como tal, mediante el desplazamiento del techo (2) a través de los pilares (1) que sustentan la estructura y acogen el mecanismo de subida y bajada. Con la adición de este mecanismo de subida y bajada al concepto tradicional de pérgola, la invención puede hacer las veces de cubierta a modo de techo (2), situándola a la altura deseada, o por el contrario, cuando no se precise sombra, puede desplazarse hasta la cota cero para ser utilizada a modo de tarima (2) transitable.

In some embodiments, the vehicle security system includes a structure forming an enclosure between a ceiling and a floor of the parking garage and an electronic actuation system. The structure has a closeable opening through which a vehicle enters and leaves the enclosure. The electronic actuation system is configured to actuate a drive mechanism to close the opening or to expose the opening upon receipt of a remotely generated signal.
