Abstract:
A universal and rapid system suitable for covering boats or any other vehicle and object. The purpose is to realize a covering system which is practical, functional in the positioning phase and compact in storage, to overcome problems related to water stagnation and bad air circulation, and to get the advantage of waterproofing, of protection from atmospheric agents. The system comprises a cover (1), a coupling means (10) placed on it, a system for lifting (38) anchored to a support structure (39) wherein said cover (1) is connected to a sleeve (15). The system, in its several applications, diversifies itself for the various possible embodiments of the several elements constituting the system, for example for the type and shape of the cover, for the type of the sleeve, for the modalities of anchoring.

A collapsible car shelter consisting of a &Pgr;-shaped metal frame - box (1) fixed and encased in the ground, whereby between the two parallel sides of the metal - box (1), a remotely controlled motor is located (2), which drives two lifting guides (5) in connection each with nine side arms (6), said motor (2) when actuated through a gear (3) and a shaft (4) sets into rotation said two lifting guides (5), which sequentially lift said side arms (6), whereby nine &Pgr;-shaped metal frames (7) are implemented to the side arms (6) in an extendable manner so that they can develop the final length which can be varied, the respective metal frames (7) being composed of angle profiles (8) and a perpendicular metal frame profile, whereby the four last opening metal frames (7), when lifting and retracting, slide on sliding guides (12), further on a mechanism (13) actuates further different mechanisms (14) and (15) that open and close three caps (16) of the metal - box (1).

A canopy structure arrangement particularly for conducting repairs on a vehicle has a support frame (23) re-configurable between a collapsed configuration and an expanded configuration; and an expansion support (9) such as a tether to support the frame as it is manually expanded from the collapsed configuration to the expanded configuration. A ground anchor arrangement (11) provides securing of the canopy structure. The arrangement permits ease of erection of the canopy structure.

Garage extension apparatus comprising a pair of channel section guide tracks (11 and 12), one on each sidewall of the garage (10), and a movable structure (13) formed of a roof (14), depending sidewalls (15 and 16) and an up-and-over door (17). The structure is supported on a pair of ground engaging wheels (18 and 19), each mounted at the front of a respective one of the sidewalls (15 and 16) by a screw jack (27), and on a pair of upper wheels (21 and 22) which each run in the channel of a respective one of the guide tracks (11 and 12) and which are pivotally mounted at the rear of the roof (14), so that the movable structure (13) can follow the slope of the carriageway, up or down, as it is drawn out of the garage. The screw jacks (27) enable the movable structure (13) to be levelled if the ground slopes from one side to the other.

The application provides a storage unit for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). The storage unit includes a container, a UAV landing platform, and a receptacle. The container is provided for enclosing the UAV. The receptacle is positioned above the UAV landing platform and it includes at least one inclined surface for guiding a landing UAV to a predetermined UAV land- ing position on the UAV landing platform.
