A electronic lock system and method including an electronic lock, a mobile device and/or a wireless device. The electronic lock is capable of sending a message to the mobile device via wireless communication and/or to the wireless device based on a triggering event. The mobile device and/or the wireless device may in turn perform an action based on the received message. In one embodiment, the electronic lock, the mobile device the wireless device communicate with one another wirelessly via Bluetooth communication.

The invention relates to alarmed door lock (A) which is armed/disarmed according to the lock deadbolt's (5) position and whose size is the same with an ordinary door lock and may be used without any modification on the door instead of ordinary door lock and is formed in/on the lock body (1) which the lock deadbolt (5) and the lock cylinder (6) that provides any lock to be locked or unlocked by key, are installed in. The alarmed door lock (A) comprises a microcontroller where the data received from the magnetic field sensors (3) and the shock/impact sensor (7) is transmitted, in case of magnitude of the shock/impact is over the threshold value stored in memory unit, and/or receiving data from the magnetic field sensor (3) indicating that the door is open while the lock is not unlocked, triggering the sound unit (4) located in/on the lock body (1) to alarm.

A ski locking device and method for securing a pair of snow skis equipped with snow brakes are provided. The ski locking device comprises a housing(1320) having a rear portion (240), and a lockable closure member (1370) connected to the housing(1320). The housing (1320) and the lockable closure member (1370) are configured such that, when the ski locking device is in a closed position locking a pair of skis, with a slide surface of the first ski (3010) facing a slide surface of the second ski(3020), the rear portion (240) of the housing (220) faces a first edge (3012) of the first ski (3010) and a second edge (3022) of the second ski(3020). The lockable closure member (1370) encloses the snow brakes (3040; 3050) at a crossing point (3060) of the snow brakes.

A security system is for monitoring a door movably disposed within a frame. A lock is adjustable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration and a lock sensor is configured to generate a signal when the lock adjusts to the unlocked configuration. A door sensor is configured to generate a signal when the door displaces with respect to the frame and an alarm device is configured to provide an alarm. Further, a control is coupleable with the lock and door sensors and is switchable between armed and disarmed modes. The control is configured to operate in the armed mode such that the control activates the alarm when the control receives the door sensor signal prior to a receipt of the lock sensor signal. Alternatively, the control switches to the disarmed mode when the control receives the lock sensor signal prior to a receipt of the door sensor signal.

The aim of the invention is to improve a door surveillance lock plate (4) in such a way that even the retro-installation of lock surveillance functions to the existing basic construction of the lock plate (4) can be carried out economically, simply and in accordance with individual customer wishes. To this end, a separate security module (1) is created. Said separate security module (1) interacts with a latch and/or bolt located on the element and is fixed to a lock plate (4) having inlets (26) for the bolt or the latch in a functionally independent manner. An alarm triggering mechanism and optionally, a position sensor for the element and/or a lock sensor for the latch and/or bolt are integrated into the security module (1).

A system and method for responding to a triggering event occurring on a premises includes accessing a vault compartment of a vault located on the premises to retrieve a responder tool kit including a ballistic vest, a portable communication device, and a defense device for use in responding to the triggering event. A controller located in the vault compartment is in communication with a monitoring station located off the premises and a biometric authentication device located external to the vault including a bioscanner such as an iris scanner for collecting biodata to authenticate a person external to the vault as a qualified rapid responder. The controller at the time of authenticating the qualified and authorized rapid responder outputs an alarm signal to the monitoring station, alerting the monitoring station to contact emergency services, and unlocks the vault to provide access to the responder tool kit located in the cage assembly.

Para ello, está constituido a partir de un circuito eléctrico integrado en una placa base (1), destinado a implantarse en la hoja (3) de la ventana o puerta de que se trate, y un imán (2), que se fija al marco (4) de dicha puerta o ventana, habiéndose previsto que en el circuito de la placa base (1) participe una batería (9), un microprocesador (10), un avisador acústico (12), así como un contacto de activación (13) del circuito, asociado a la manilla o medios de apertura/cierre de la puerta o ventana, y un contacto de disparo (14) asociado al imán (2) establecido en el marco (4).
