The invention relates to a window 20 comprising a steady frame 22, a movable frame 24, and an actuator 26 for moving the movable frame 24. The steady frame mainly extends in a plane σ, comprises at least one plate 220 which mainly extends in a plane τ perpendicular to the plane σ, the plate 220 comprises a main track 222 and an auxiliary track 224. The movable frame extends predominantly in a plane π perpendicular to the plane τ and comprises: at least one pivot 242 defining a rotation axis X, perpendicular to the plane τ and parallel to the planes σ and ττ, the pivot 242 being conformed so as to be able to be slidingly held in the main track; at least one pin 244 which is rigidly mounted on the movable frame, which extends in a direction parallel to axis X, which is spaced from axis X, and which is conformed so as to be slidingly held in the auxiliary track. Furthermore, the actuator is suitable for imposing to the pivot a slide movement along the main track; the slide movement of the pivot along the main track imposes to the pin a slide movement along the auxiliary track; the auxiliary track is shaped so as to impose to the pin a rotation around axis X during the slide movement of the pin along the auxiliary track; and the pin is supported by a crank 246 rigidly mounted on the pivot 242.

The invention relates to a cooking appliance (1) comprising a door (3) for closing a cooking chamber, said door (3) being lowerable into a stowage compartment (14) in a housing (2) of the cooking appliance (1) that further comprises a door opening mechanism (26) for automatically moving the door (3) at least in some sections of an entire movement path extending between a closed position and an open position of the door (3); the door opening mechanism (26) includes an actuation unit (31) by means of which the door (3) can be automatically tilted from the closed position into an intermediate position which is characterized in that the further movement of the door (3) from the intermediate position into the open position, in which the door (3) is retracted in the stowage compartment (14), is performed automatically under the force of gravity of the door (3). Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gargerät (1) mit einer Tür (3) zum Verschließen eines Garraums, welche in einen Verstauraum (14) in einem Gehäuse (2) des Gargeräts (1) versenkbar ist, und mit einer Türöffnungsvorrichtung (26) zum zumindest bereichsweise über einen gesamten, zwischen einer geschlossenen und einer geöffneten Stellung der Tür (3) bemessenen Bewegungsweg automatischen Bewegen der Tür (3), wobei die Türöffnungsvorrichtung (26) eine Betätigungseinheit (31) aufweist, mit welcher die Tür (3) ausgehend von der geschlossenen Stellung automatisch bis in eine Zwischenstellung kippbar ist, wobei die Zwischenstellung dadurch charakterisiert ist, dass die weitere Bewegung der Tür (3) von der Zwischenstellung in die in den Verstauraum (14) eingefahrene geöffnete Stellung automatisch durch die Schwerkraft der Tür (3) erfolgt. The mechanism further includes a movement device (76) attached to the frame (22) and the door (28) that has a pivoting device (84) that allows the door (28) at the open position to move relative to the cabinet top panel (26) to a retracted position exclusive of the cabinet space. At the open position, the hem (74) is inserted into the slot (114) so as to guide the door (28) during the movement.

A self-braking door slide mechanism (25) particularly adapted for use with cabinets (10) that have front doors (12) that open upwardly and are retracted using the slide mechanism (25) to a position in which the door (12) is aligned with the top (18) of the cabinet (10) in either an over or under top position. A dampening cylinder (52) extends between the top (18) of the cabinet (10) and the door (12) to slow its downwardly hinging action when the door (12) is being closed. Auxiliary brake pads (60) are also provided on a stationary slide member (32) which bear against the moving portion (36) of the slide mechanism (25) to slow the sliding action during closing due to the force of the dampening cylinder (52).

A security box inter alia for tools has a métal box and a Hd of the swing and slide type utilising a pair of box hinges fixed to the box and a pair of Hd hinges fixed to the Hd, and a pair of intermediate hinges connected to both sets of hinges by links which make ail the hinges parallel and enabling the door hinge to lie outside the plane of the door opening. In a variant, there is no intermediate hinge and the Hd opening angle is less. The Hd and box hâve interengaging profiled edges which in the closed position mutually obstruct but, when the Hd slides to the open position, the profiles separate and the Hd is free to swing open.

The invention relates to a hanging cabinet wherein the doors (6, 7), when opened, are overturned outside the structure formed by the upper and lower walls (2, 3) and the sides (4, 5) of the cabinet. Advantageously, the hanging cabinet is horizontal and the doors move simultaneously, so that in the wide open condition they are partly juxtaposed to the upper wall (2) and to the lower wall (3): this provides easy access to the entire inner space of the cabinet, and the doors can be closed easily even by a short person. The invention also comprises a device for overturning the doors simultaneously.

Heck (10) eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit einer Heckklappe (12) und einer Heck klappenöffnung (18), wobei die Heckklappenöffnung (18) eine Öffnungskante (20) und die Heckklappe (12) einen Heckklappenrand (13) aufweist, wobei die Heckklappe (12) eine Schließstellung (12c) und eine von der Schließstellung (12c) abweichende Zwischenstellung (12b) einnehmen kann.
