Abstract:
Locking and coupling system for remote controlled windows connecting the window sash with the actuating mechanism of the motor operator is set on the bottom part of roof window frame, the window being turned or tilted by the motor operatoror manually. The system consists of a handle set in the sash and of two elements connected together by turning the handle, of which one connecting element is placed on the sash and the second connecting element constitutes the ending of the actuating mechanism of the motor operator. The two connecting elements consist of the socket /1/ and the element /2/ mating with the socket /1/, the element /2/ always resting in the socket /1/ when the sash adheres to the window frame and is locked in it by turning the grip /6/ of the handle.
Abstract:
An electrical operator device for opening and closing a window comprises a case (6) connected with the main frame structure and a push element (12) extending from there in the direction of the frame. The operator device is disengageably connected with an operating member (4) for a locking mechanism, which operating member is pivotally mounted on the frame, by means of a coupling device comprising a male part having a head portion (20) connected with the free end of the push element, for disengageable engagement with a female part with a recess (22), in connection with an insertion opening (21), mounted on the operating member (4). The head portion (20) of the male part and the recess and opening (21) of the female part are elaborated and adapted to each other in such a way that the head portion (20), in a position of the pivotal operating member (4) corresponding to activation of the locking mechanism when the window is closed, can be guided into and out of the opening, but in a swung-out position of the operating member (4)in relation thereto, corresponding to a release of the locking mechanism, is prevented from passing out through the insertion opening. The operator device is controlled in such a way that in the first mentioned position, the male part is disengaged from the female part.

Abstract:
The closure assembly (1) comprises a main frame (100), a sash (10) arranged to tilt within the main frame (100), a ventilation passage, at least one locking mechanism (210) mounted on the sash, a swivel flap (15) mounted on the sash and able to actuate the locking mechanism. The swivel flap (15) is jointed to the window through at least one dual hinged mechanism (2) comprising a first hinged mechanism and a second hinged mechanism. The second hinged mechanism allows to displace the flap in a ventilation direction to reach at least one ventilation position in which the flap opens the ventilation passage while keeping the locking mechanism (210) locked. In a first aspect of the invention, the second hinged mechanism is structurally different from the first hinged mechanism. In a second aspect of the invention, the flap (15) when closed is in sealing contact with the main frame of the closure assembly.
Abstract:
