Abstract:
Provided are a railroad vehicle that makes it possible to maintain the air tightness of a door and a plug door for a railroad vehicle. A second rail (9) is provided parallel to a first rail (2) in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body above the leading edge side (door (8) side) of a plug rail (5). The second rail (9) supports the leading edge side of the plug rail (5). As a result, both edges of the plug rail (5) are supported by the first rail (2) and the second rail (9). Dangling of the leading edge side of the plug rail (5) is thus prevented even when the plug distance (the distance that the door (8) moves in the vehicle body width direction) is long. In this way, it is possible to block the doorway without leaving a gap using the door (8) and to maintain the air tightness of the door (8).
Abstract:
Abstract:
Disclosed is a coupling structure for a movable sash frame assembly in a horizontal sliding sash window system, the coupling structure including a rail guide assembly and a roller assembly respectively positioned above and below frames of a movable sash so that the movable sash can slide along top and bottom rails fixedly installed on a window frame and move together with a displacement component perpendicular to a direction of extension of the rails to be opened/ closed relative to the window frame, wherein U-shaped channel guides of a predetermined length are integrally installed above and below the frames of the movable sash, respectively, a bottom plate of the rail guide assembly connected to an opening/closing operation means and a top plate of the roller assembly connected to the opening/closing operation means are inserted into internal space of the U-shaped channel guides while being able to slide in a tilted direction, respectively, so that the frames of the movable sash and the U-shaped channel guides can have a relative movement displacement in a tilted direction with regard to the rail guide assembly and the roller assembly, respectively, and structures for fitting guide protrusions into tilted guide grooves are provided between the U-shaped channel guides and the bottom plate of the rail guide assembly and the top plate of the roller assembly, respectively, so as to guide a sliding movement displacement of the rail guide assembly and the roller assembly in the tilted direction.
Abstract:
A fitting (20, 40, 220) for sliding doors and windows comprising: a base member (41) configured to be fixated to a door leaf or a window sash that is rectilinearly displaceable in the first displacement direction along a rail (4, 5) fixated along a frame portion. A guiding member (42, 142) is fixated to the base member and displaceable relative to the base member in a second displacement direction, perpendicular to the first displacement direction. The guiding member has at least one guiding element (50, 150) arranged to guidingly engage with the rail. An activation member (43, 243) is connectable with an espagnolette (7) at the door leaf or window sash and configured to bring about the displacement of the base member relative to the guiding member. The activation member is arranged between the base member and the guiding member and displaceable relative to the base member in the first displacement direction. The activation member has at least one activation slot (54) extending at an angle to the first displacement direction and cooperates with an activation tap (57) fixated to the guiding member and received in an elongated hole (49) in the base member, extending in the second displacement direction. In order to bring about displacement of the base member relative to the guiding member in the second displacement direction, the activation member is displaced relative to the base member in the first displacement direction.
Abstract:
An opening mechanism (1) comprising a longitudinal guide (3) fixed to the frame of a furniture unit and, for each door (2), a first slide (4) sliding along the longitudinal guide (3), a second slide (5) which carries the door (2) and which slides transversally on the first slide (4) from a retracted position to an extracted position and vice versa and return means to bring the second slide (5) back to the retracted position. The second slide (5) is able to rotate with respect to the first slide (4) and presents a curved space (8) in which guide means (7), integral with the first slide (4). The first slide (4) further comprises holding means (10), controlled by a control surface (51) situated in the longitudinal guide (3), able to lock the second slide (5) in the extracted position when the door (2) is open to prevent the second slide (5) from being brought back to the retracted position by the return means.
Abstract:
Provided are an apparatus and method for opening and closing a window by slidably moving a movable window sash or door (hereinafter collectively called a 'movable window sash') with respect to a fixed window sash or door (hereinafter collectively called a 'fixed window sash'). The apparatus is designed such that the movable window sash cannot only slide along a rail mounted within a blank frame but also be separated from a roller to move back and forth from any position on a rail toward the blank frame or the fixed window sash in a perpendicular direction with respect to a length direction of the rail, thus allowing the entire seal member interposed between either the blank frame or the fixed window sash and the movable window sash to be uniformly pressed in the perpendicular direction. Thus, excellent soundproofing, air tightness (windproofing), water tightness, insulation performance, and wind pressure resistance can be provided. Furthermore, the sliding window system has a simplified opening/closing structure and a minimum number of components, and low manufacturing cost.
Abstract:
Object of the present innovation is a new embodiment of sliding doors for pieces of furniture, particularly of the kind with two shutters and reduced height, having coplanar closing and opening by overlapping of the shutters. Main feature of this invention is to provide support and translation of each shutter (1) by means of a respective clamp (2) placed on the edge of the outer side, said clamp (2) being linked to a pair of little carriages (3a and 3b) that can slide transversally with respect to the same shutter (1), because they are supported and guided by a respective carriage (4a and 4b), which in turn can slide longitudinally along the edge of an opening V, it being led by a rail (59) and control tracks (53 - 54 and 58), besides being engaged by a loose roller (35) that constrains it into a couple of longitudinal cams or grooves.
Abstract:

Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved sliding assembly of a door (100) of a furniture unit (300) comprising: a carriage (1 ) provided with wheels (2) adapted to slide along a track (9) according to a first direction (D1 ), a support (3) constrained to said carriage (1 ) and adapted to support said door (100), and means (6) adapted to allow the guided translation of said support (3) with respect to said carriage (1 ) in a second direction (D2) perpendicular to said first direction (D1 ); said carriage (1 ) and said support (3) are constrained to each other by means of a return spring (901 ) and by means of a damper (902); said return spring (901 ) is secured to said carriage (1 ) and to said support (3) so as to exert a force which reciprocally moves them close to each other; said damper (902) is secured to said carriage (1 ) and to said support (3) so as to brake the reciprocal nearing movements. Such an assembly is used especially for small doors in furniture units.
