Abstract:
Provided are door systems having a plurality of door panels and a frame, the door panels being movable between an extended position closing an opening in a building structure, and a folded retracted position. When in the extended position, the door panels interlock with each other forming a barrier to wind, dirt, dust and insects. The frame is movably attached to the building structure and when the door panels are in the extended position, the frame moves and engages the door panels with a sealing member to provide an airtight seal of the opening in the building structure.
Abstract:
The present invention is about roving that provides air and water impermeability from the space between rail and awning fabric located in the carrying profile to inside of the place in folding awning especially used outdoor.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a shutter or bfind arrangement for mounting adjacent a window (16) or door. The arrangement has multiple elongate parallel slats (12) which are juxtaposed to form together a planar window screen and which are inclined, or which are mounted for rotation and able to be inclined, to the plane of the window screen, providing openings (13) between the slats for passage of light A sheet (18) arranged alongside the window screen covers the area of the window screen, so that when the arrangement is mounted for use the sheet is interposed between the window screen and the window or door. The sheet is provided with a peripheral seal, and provides a barrier to passage of air through the shutter or blind arrangement.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a sealing apparatus for a window shade that is vertically raised and lowered. The sealing apparatus can include a first side seal assembly having a first side air seal member that is vertically oriented. The first side seal member can be movably connected to a first side frame member by a first movable arrangement for moving the first side seal member laterally into and out of sealing position relative to a first side of the window shade.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a plastic profile which can be inserted in a rigid frame. The profile is substantially flat and longitudinal (1) and comprises at least one folding line (2) with reduced flexural rigidity, the folding line being situated between two strips (3) of the profile which can be angularly moved closer together for insertion of the profile in the rigid frame (4). The folding line (2) has a smaller thickness (s) than a thickness of the profile and is lined with elastic material, preferably rubber, with a yield point higher than the tension exerted by the rigid containing frame, when the parts are joined together.
Abstract:
A fire shutter adapted to close off an area comprises a shutter curtain movable from an up position to a closed position, wherein the shutter curtain closes off the area when in the closed position, and at least one retractable guide, movable from a retracted position to an extended position and having a camber. The shutter curtain engages the at least one retractable guide as the shutter curtain moves from the up position toward the closed position, biasing the at least one retractable guide to the retracted position, and in the closed position the shutter curtain engages the camber and allows the at least one retractable guide to move to the extended position. The shutter curtain can also comprise front slats and rear slats, and an insulation package can be deployable from a non-deployed position to a deployed position within a space between the front slats and the rear slats.
Abstract:
A construction assembly for installing a roller blind or the like comprising two parallel guiding sets spaced at a predetermined distance, between which at the least a roller blind can be slid in a guided manner, the at the least roller blind being arranged in the upper part of the two guiding sets. This construction assembly comprises an internally hollow outer profile that can be fastened to a vertical surface,an internally hollow inner profile that is arranged in the interior of the outer profile, the inner profile having dimensions such that it is insertable into a housing defined by the outer profile by means of a snap fit, and a retaining element configured to retain a longitudinal edge of the roller blind arranged longitudinally along the inner profile. It is allowed for adjusting the degree of inclination of the two sides of the guiding sets, in case there are irregularities on the surface of the wall on which the assembly is to be installed, by means of a construction arrangement that is relatively easy to carry out and install.
Abstract:
Fire can spread extremely quickly within structures. To prevent this, fire doors or fire shutters are usually installed. However, security aspects of such doors or shutters are not renown. An attempt to alleviate this problem may be provided by an insulated fire panel shutter including a guide, adapted to receive a shutter and having one or more retractable members moveable between a retracted and extended position; a shutter, moveable between an open and closed position and formed from a plurality of panels each of which is moveable between a stowed and deployed position; their arrangement being such that as the guide receives the shutter during shutter closure, the panel arrangement alters from a stowed side by side relationship to a deployed stacked end to end relationship.
