본 발명은 고점도 액 이송용 부스터펌프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고점도 액 이송용 부스터펌프는, 일측에 액츄에이터가 장착되고, 타측에는 토출밸브가 형성되며 내부에 챔버가 형성된 바디; 바디의 내부에 삽입되며 액츄에이터의 작동에 의해 전진 및 후진되어 압축력과 흡입력을 발생하는 플런저; 바디의 일측에 형성되며, 플런저의 전진 및 후진작동에 연동되어 개폐되면서 바디의 내측으로 유체를 공급 또는 차단하는 충진 밸브;를 포함하고, 바디의 챔버의 내주면에 나선상으로 충진액 이송로가 형성되고, 상기 충진액 이송로의 출구는 상기 토출밸브에 근접되어 형성된다.

A drive system (114) for a cryogenic pump (110) is provided including a spool housing (150) having a plurality of valves (240) disposed therein about a pump axis (118) and a tappet housing (152) including a plurality of tappet bores (200), each tappet bore in communication with a respective one of the plurality of valves (240). A collection cavity (220) collects hydraulic fluid from the tappet bores. A pump flange (119) includes a fluid inlet (302) and a fluid outlet (304). An inlet manifold (305) directs hydraulic fluid received through the fluid inlet (302) to each of the plurality of valves (240). An outlet manifold (322) directs hydraulic fluid from each of the valves (240) and the collection cavity (220) to the fluid outlet (304).

The invention concerns a piston pump (10) for a vehicle antiskid hydraulic brake system, comprising a piston (42) pressed by one surface forming a contact surface (54) against the periphery of an eccentric shaft capable of being driven in rotation (52), by a piston return spring (60). The eccentric shaft (52) is for driving the piston (42) so that the latter produces its stroke. The invention aims at the economical production of the piston in the form of a plastic injection-moulded part. To this end, the piston comprises, on the contact surface (54), an eccentric contact part (56) produced in a wear-resistant material.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Fluidenergiemaschine sowie ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines Fluid-Volumenstroms und zur Komprimierung eines Fluids mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Fluidenergiemaschine. Des Weiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Betankung eines Fahrzeugs mit einem Fluid unter Anwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Erzeugung eines Fluid- Volumenstroms und zur Komprimierung eines Fluids, sowie die Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen Fluidenergiemaschine zur Betankung eines Kraftfahrzeugs. Die Fluidenergiemaschine umfasst einen Kurbeltrieb (20) und eine mit dem Kurbeltrieb (20) mechanisch verbundene Antriebseinrichtung (10), mit der ein Drehmoment in den Kurbeltrieb (20) einleitbar ist, sowie eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (30), deren Kolben (32) mechanisch mit dem Kurbeltrieb (20) verbunden ist. Die Antriebseinrichtung (10) umfasst zwei Elektromotoren (50,60), deren jeweilige Abtriebsglieder (51,61) mit dem Kurbeltrieb (20) mechanisch verbunden sind.

The invention relates to a metering pump for feeding out viscous materials, which pump comprises a housing having an inlet, connectable to a viscous material source, and an outlet; a valve body of cylindrical basic shape, which is rotatable into at least two positions by means of a drive unit, a first position allowing a flow of the said material from the inlet to the housing and a second position allowing a flow of the said material from the housing to the outlet. The pump also comprises a cylinder device connected to the housing, having a controllable piston intended to achieve the said flow of material, and at least one device for cleaning the metering pump. The said cleaning device comprises at least one nozzle for cleaning agent, disposed in a valve-body- facing part of the piston. The invention also relates to a method for cleaning such a metering pump.

The invention relates to a piston pump (34) especially for a hydraulic slip regulating device of a motor vehicle braking system. In order to reduce the clearance volume of the piston pump (34), the invention provides a displacement body (104) fastened by means of a retaining device (98) onto the piston (66). The displacement body (104) is projected into the interior area of a valve closing spring (92) configured in the form of a coil of the inlet valve (88) that is integrated within the piston (66). The rectangular shaped coil cross section construction of the valve closing spring (92) and of the piston return spring (72) serves to reduce the clearance volume of the piston pump (34). The reduction of the clearance volume increases the efficiency of the piston pump (34).

A pump follower (100) for use in a container storing a material includes a body configured to be inserted into the container, the body having a material contacting surface (112) configured to contact the material in the container and a peripheral surface (116) substantially perpendicular to the material contacting surface (112). A groove (120) is defined on the peripheral surface of the body and a sealing element (200) is disposed in the groove and configured to slidably contact an inner surface of the container. The sealing element (200) has a channel (220) defined within, where the sealing element (200) is configured to be compressed when the pump follower is inserted into the container, such that the channel (220) decreases in size. A sealing element (200) for use with a pump follower is also disclosed. The sealing element (200) has a body (204) having an outer surface, a first side (108), and a second side (212), and a channel (220) defined within the sealing element body.
