Abstract:
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Antrieb zum Erreichen einer Sollstellung eines Bauteils wie beispielsweise eines Rotorblatts, Kranturms, Oberwagens und dergleichen, mit zumindest zwei miteinander in Zahneingriff stehenden Antriebselementen, von denen zumindest eines von einer Antriebsquelle her antreibbar und das andere mit dem Bauteil verbindbar ist, sowie einer Schmiervorrichtung zum Schmieren der Antriebselemente, wobei zumindest ein Schmiermittelkanal zum Zuführen von Schmiermittel zu einem in Eingriff befindlichen Zahnpaar durch eines der Antriebselemente hindurchgeführt ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, die Zufuhr des Schmiermittels durch einen Verteiler, der dem in das Antriebselement integrierten Schmiermittelkanal vorgeschaltet ist, zu bewerkstelligen und die Verbindung zwischen einem Zuführkanal des Verteilers und dem zumindest einen in das Antriebselement integrierten Schmiermittelkanal durch Relativbewegung zwischen Antriebselement und Verteiler zu steuern.

A chain lubricating apparatus comprising a sprocket arranged to rotate about a hub, wherein: the hub is arranged to receive a lubricant and a gas input, whereby a mixture of the gas and the lubricant is formed in the hub and the mixture is output from a hub outlet; the sprocket comprises a plurality of teeth arranged to engage with the chain, and a sprocket channel having a sprocket inlet at one end and a sprocket outlet at an opposite end thereof; and the chain lubricating apparatus is arranged so that, in use, the mixture is delivered through the sprocket outlet to a specific part of the chain when the sprocket is in a particular angular configuration with respect to the hub whereby the sprocket inlet at least partially aligns with the hub outlet.

A multi-component fluid distribution system includes a first substrate component having an inlet for receiving fluid and an internal channel for communicating lubricant. A second substrate component is interlocked to the first substrate component. The second substrate component includes an inlet to receive fluid from the first component. The fluid distribution system also includes an over-molded portion sealing a joint between the first and second substrate components. The fluid distribution system further includes at least one outlet nozzle connected to the second substrate component to discharge fluid to a predetermined fluid receiving component.

A lubrication system includes an additive and a delivery system. During normal operational conditions, the lubricating oil circulating in the transmission system is collected and contained in a secondary oil reservoir to retain a quantity of the lubricating oil for use in an oil- out condition. When an oil-out condition is detected, the additive is injected and mixed with the collected lubricating oil in the secondary oil reservoir or dispersed directly into a power transmission gearbox housing to enhance the characteristics of the lubricating oil and increases the operational time period of the power transmission gearbox during an oil-out condition.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein flüssigkeitsgeschmiertes Zahnradgetriebe mit den folgenden Merkmalen: - mit wenigstens zwei Zahnrädern, deren Zähne miteinander kämmen; - mit einem Eingriffsbereich, der einen Eintritt und einen Austritt aufweist; - mit einer Hüllwand, die wenigstens eines von zwei miteinander zusammenarbeitenden Zahnrädern umschließt und den umschlossenen Innenraum partiell oder vollkommen gegen die Umgebung absperrt; - die Hüllwand weist im Bereich des Eintritts einen Auslass auf, der eine leitende Verbindung zwischen dem Innenraum und der Atmosphäre herstellt; - der Abstand zwischen dem Flugkreis der Zahnräder und der Hüllwand ist kleiner, als die Zahnhöhe.

The problem to be solved by the present invention lies in making it possible to reduce costs and to reduce the size of an oil pump, without impeding the degree of freedom in chain layout. An oil jet 1 is constructed in order to supply lubricating oil to a tension-side span of a chain C while also causing a tensioning force to act on a slack-side span of the chain C. The oil jet arm 1 is provided with a pivoting-side part 2A, and a tip-end side part 2B which is provided in such a way as to be pivotable about the pivoting-side part 2A and is acted on by a pressing force from a piston 41 of a hydraulic tensioner 4, and an oil ejection hole 22a for ejecting to the outside oil supplied from an oil discharge hole 41a in the piston 41 is formed in the tip-end side part 2B. Oil ejected from the oil ejection hole 22a is supplied to a portion E on the meshing start side with a sprocket 100 on the tension-side span of the chain C.
