Abstract:
Field incinerator for waste, especially biohazardous waste containers, is characterised in that the incinerator comprises, in a first combustion space (9) to which a burner (20, 21) is directed, a pull-out burning base unit including a grate (15) placed adjacent to the lower end (12) of a feeding pipe for precombustion of the waste gradually and for keeping it in the feeding pipe (11) for pyrolysis and thereunder a plate-like part (18) for burning melted glass or plastic material, and that a second combustion space (25) is arranged around the feeding pipe (11) by means of guide plates (26, 27, 28, 28a, 29, 29a) for lengthening the delay and the way of flow of gases for complete combustion of pyrolysis and combustion gases and for heating the feeding pipe for pyrolysis. In a preferred embodiment, also the upper wall structure (5), feeding pipe (11) and said guide plates form a pull-out unit.
Abstract:
A stove assembly comprising a) an L-shaped combustion chamber comprising a vertical portion for burning fuel and a horizontal portion with an opening for entry of fuel and air, b) a hollow enclosing body which encloses the L-shaped combustion chamber, said enclosing body comprising, i) a tapered portion, and ii) a cut out portion towards the bottom of the enclosing body, said cut out portion designed to enable the enclosing body to fit on to the horizontal portion of the combustion chamber such that leakage of air is restricted at the intersection of the enclosing body and horizontal portion of the combustion chamber. The stove assembly can be further installed within a variety of containments (e.g., outside body, traditional stoves, frames / stands and the like). Methods for assembling and using the stove assembly are also disclosed.
Abstract:
The burner is intended for combustion of wood logs or other similar solid fuels. The burner which will be called the basket burner is shaped as an open inclined basket (1) comprising a bottom plate (3) and a backing plate (4) which are inclined towards the horizontal plane, respectively the vertical plane, so that the connection between the bottom plate and the backing plate constitutes the lowest part of the basket. The backing plate forms a chute or hold for the package of wood logs. The two plates contain holes for air. The fuel is piled up against the backing plate and is supported by the bottom plate so as to form a compact bundle of parallel wood logs with minimized surface/volume ratio. The design of the basket burner makes the wood logs serve as efficient supporting burners for each other. Thanks to the shape of the basket burner the burning wood logs are successively brought towards each other and towards the lowest part of the basket burner during the combustion. At the end of the combustion there remains an upright layer of burning char which radiates heat towards the space in front of the fireplace which facilitates rapid lighting of a new charge of wood.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a waste incineration apparatus, which is compact, and, which can prevent discharge of pollutants by forming combustion areas using air curtains formed by air injection. The waste incineration apparatus includes an incinerator opened at the upper portion and having the inside surrounded with a baked mixture material of clay and sand, a cover for opening and closing an opening part of the incinerator, a nozzle rod located at the center of the incinerator in a longitudinal direction of the incinerator and having a number of through holes formed in the circumference thereof, and two tanks for storing water and fuel to supply water and fuel to the inside of the incinerator. The incinerator is in the form of a cylinder, and includes a cylindrical body, anchors projecting from the inside of the body inwardly, and the baked mixture material of clay and sand containing the anchors and fixed to the inside of the body. The cover includes a lower plate, side walls located perpendicularly along the outer circumference thereof, and a closing plate for closing the upper ends of the sidewalls. The lower plate has a width equal to that a width of the body of the incinerator and a width of the baked mixture material of clay and sand are added, and the sidewall has a number of through holes.
Abstract:
An incinerator which incorporates a chest having a lower bottom and an upper bottom which is spaced from the lower bottom and forms a bed for supporting material to be burned, the upper bottom being provided with apertures through which combustion air introduced into the space between the bottoms flows. According to the invention there is provided a hood (11), which extends from one long side (4) of the chest (1), up over the chest in spaced relationship with the upper edge thereof, and down towards the opposite long side (5) of the chest. The hood (11) is provided with an air slot (12) which is intended for supplying secondary air of combustion and which faces the upper bottom (2) of the chest (1), there being formed between the upper bottom (2) of the chest and the hood (12) a space (13). This space is open at least between the respective upper edges of the two remaining mutually opposite sides of the chest and the side edges of the hood.

Abstract:
An integrated waste incinerating and purifying apparatus (100) comprising a closeable opening (101) for receiving the waste, a combustion chamber (102) for thermally decomposing the received waste in excess air from which ash and exhaust gases are produced, a collector (103) disposed within the combustion chamber (102) for collecting the ashes and non-combusted solids, an exhaust gas purifying unit (104) mounted on the combustion chamber (102); wherein the exhaust gas purifying unit (104) includes a liquid-based adsorbent medium (1045) which adsorbs uncollected ash or toxic compounds from the exhaust gas, and a solid-based adsorbent medium (1046) for entrapping any remaining toxic compound which passes through the liquid- based adsorbent medium (1046), and an outlet (105) attached to the exhaust gas purifying unit (104) for expelling the purified gases to the atmosphere.
Abstract:
The present object refers to a portable incinerator for burning important documents, preventing the recovery of such documents, so that third parties do not use them for suspicious purposes. The incinerator can be powered through gas and electric energy.
