The present invention relates to a first substrate sheet, to a liquid crystal panel having the first substrate sheet, and to a method for manufacturing the same. It is an object of the present invention to simplify display apparatus manufacturing processes, improve yield, and reduce manufacturing costs, and to provide a display apparatus which is highly advantageous in manufacturing a flexible display, and a method for manufacturing the display apparatus. The object of the present invention can be accomplished by a first substrate sheet comprising a first substrate arranged to face a second substrate; a transparent electrode formed on one surface of the first substrate; a liquid crystal capsule which is mixed with a binder and printed on one surface of the first substrate on which the transparent electrode is formed; a transparent adhesive applied to entirely cover the liquid crystal capsule and the binder printed on the first substrate; and a releasing sheet which is attached to entirely cover the transparent adhesive applied on the first substrate, and which is made of a completely removable material which does not deteriorate the adhesive force of the transparent adhesive.

Provided is a liquid crystal device having one or more liquid crystal cells, each cell having an electro-chromo-dynamic (ECD) mixture interposed between two substrates covered with a conductive layer. The ECD mixture includes a liquid crystal material, dichroic dyes and an ionic material capable of inducing dynamic scattering of liquid crystal molecules. The device has a voltage supply coupled with the conductive layers for applying a voltage waveform across the liquid crystal cell, such that upon application of a first voltage waveform, the device is in a CLEAR (low-haze, low-tint) state, and upon application of a second voltage waveform, the device achieves an OPAQUE (high-haze, high-tint) state. In some cases, the device is configured so that upon application of a third voltage waveform, the device achieves a TINTED (low-haze, high-tint) state.

Disclosed is a filter for selective transmission of visible rays and infrared rays using an electrical signal. The filter comprises: a first filter for controlling the degree of absorption of visible rays by changing the molecular arrangement in accordance with the control of the electrical signal; and a second filter for controlling the degree of reflection of infrared rays by changing reflectivity in accordance with the control of the electrical signal.
