In one implementation, a method for processing and displaying online review data may include: acquiring the review data of a target object in accordance with an access trigger instruction of a target user; determining whether an association relationship exists between the target user and a user corresponding to the review data in a pre-established multidimensional user relationship table; in response to the association relationship existing, acquiring the association relationship; and displaying an identifier of the association relationship. Embodiments consistent with the present disclosure optimize the display of review data of a target object, which can help a user better understand the target object, thereby improving the credibility of the review data of the target object and improving user experience.

A domain associated with the browsing session may be identified, such that suggested content relating to the browsing session may be provided for display in addition to the provided content. The suggested content may omit content provided by the publisher, so as to avoid providing redundant content or reducing user interest in the content provided by the publisher. As a result, the user may interact with the suggested content when progressing through a browsing session rather than navigating away from the publisher. This may enable the publisher to gain insight into the browsing session of the user while also improving the browsing session of the user by making relevant content more easily accessible to the user.

The media guidance application may filter the activities by determining which of the first plurality of activities has a corresponding respective time that is within a threshold period of time. The media guidance application may then identify characteristics of each filtered activity and of a media as set that the user is consuming at the present moment, and may compute whether the characteristics match, If the characteristics match, the media guidance application may generate for display a recommendation relating to the respective activity.

The electronic device includes a memory configured to store a first media content and a plurality of eraser codes. The electronic device further includes a central processing unit (CPU) configured to detect a content-type of the first media content. The CPU selects a first eraser code from the plurality of eraser codes based on the detected content-type. The selected first eraser code is embedded within the first media content based on the detected content- type. The first media content with the embedded first eraser code is then communicated to a second electronic device. The first electronic device controls deletion of at least a portion of the first media content at the second electronic device based on a communicated control instruction and the embedded first eraser code.
