Abstract:
The techniques describe a tool that finds people to help answer a question that arises while a user is consuming content of a file. As the user consumes the content, the techniques identify a signal that indicates an issue (e.g., a question). The signal can be added or somehow inserted into the underlying content of the file based on user input. The techniques determine a portion of the content associated with the signal. The portion of the content, along with any other information provided via the user input, is analyzed to determine a context of the issue. For example, natural language processing techniques can parse text or speech to understand the subject matter. The techniques then access a resolution resource (e.g., a professional network) to identify people that are likely capable of providing assistance, and the people are suggested to the user.
Abstract:
Variety of approaches to mitigate an absence of a skill input during a collaboration session are described. A collaboration service detects a demand for the skill input associated with the collaboration session based on a behavior analysis of participant(s) of the collaboration session. Next, a multi-level search is performed for a person capable of providing the skill input. Upon locating the person capable of providing the skill input, a contact option for the person is identified. The contact option for the person is provided to the collaboration session.
Abstract:
The present disclosure envisages an automated system for onboarding. The system comprising a database to store details of existing employees, a vacancy repository to store details related to vacant positions within an organization, a recruitment module to receive candidate application details corresponding to a plurality of candidates, a test module to provide test case to candidates, an assessment module to provide assessment score, a selection module to select candidate based on the assessment score, a pre-boarding module to identify and receive missing details of the selected candidates to obtain complete details, a verifier module to verify the complete details of the selected candidates to obtain verified details, an onboarding module to receive verified details and facilitate onboarding of the selected candidates.
Abstract:
Task assignments are identified. A dataset that includes one or more electronic messages is received. Then, one or more pending tasks in the dataset are identified, and each of a plurality of people who are mentioned in the dataset is also identified. Then, for each of the pending tasks, one or more of the identified people are identified as potentially being people who are assigned to complete the pending task, and the pending task is associated with these identified one or more of the identified people. For each of the pending tasks, one or more of the identified people are also identified as potentially being people for whom the pending task is to be completed, and the pending task is also associated with these identified one or more of the identified people.
Abstract:
Computer-implement method and system for competency information management Embodiments herein discloses a method for competency information management. The method includes receiving an input topic. Further, the method includes causing by the competency profile manager to display a graphical element comprising at least one knowledge cluster of interconnected skills corresponding to the input topic, wherein the at least one knowledge cluster of interconnected skills are dynamically determined from a cluster- based knowledge repository based on a plurality of competency parameters. Furthermore, the method includes generating by the competency profile manager a competency profile by combining the input topic with at least one skill selected from the plurality of interconnected skills and storing the competency profile.
Abstract:
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for identifying from a population of entities those entities having had a particular function; determining from the identified entities, a plurality of sets of entities, each set corresponding to a different period of time and comprising entities that had the particular function during said period of time; for each of the different sets of entities: determining, for each entity, at least one feature of the entity; and determining, for the set of entities, based on features in common, a representative feature set for an entity at the period of time; and for the plurality of sets of entities: identifying differences between the representative feature sets corresponding to the different periods of time; and based on the identified differences, determining a predicted set of features for entities expected to be required for the particular function in the future.
Abstract:
A system and method for generating and scoring leads for senior living communities, which collects and processes event and attribute data for seniors, senior living communities and staffers, and presents filtered and scored lists of potential senior residents and potential job applicants to senior living community operators. The matching, filtering and scoring of leads is based on early indicators of imminent senior care need, the communities' demographic and event qualifiers for candidates, the demographic traits of the current populations of the senior living communities, and weights assigned to the demographic qualifiers, event qualifiers and demographic traits by the senior living communities or system operator. Embodiments of the present invention can also be used by senior care seekers and job seekers to identify and score compatible senior care living communities based on demographic qualifiers, event qualifiers and weights provided by the senior care seekers, the job seeker, or system operator.
Abstract:
An automated method and system for delivering items by connecting delivery persons with buyers and sellers. The delivery system substitutes human labor with software and automates the dispatching, including utilizing a driver polling system to assign deliveries to available drivers. The system may be applied to temporary or hourly shift workers across different industries to assign schedules and poll workers as to their availability.
