    Abstract: A dissolvable produce washing label includes a dissolvable facestock impregnated with a produce cleanser; an adhesive layer; and a coating to seal and protect from water and humidity. When rubbed and washed with water by the end user the top coating wears and breaks to expose the dissolvable substrate, thereby dissolving the facestock and releasing the produce wash.

    Abstract: A three dimensional printed article (10) having a composite image (110) printed thereon is disclosed. The composite image includes top and bottom artwork portions (210, 310) printed on the top and bottom surfaces (200, 300) of the printed article substrate (100). Both artwork portions are visible through a translucent or transparent substrate, thereby forming a visible composite image. The substrate can be a non-woven web. By printing on both surfaces of the substrate, the three dimensional printed article provides a good quality, aesthetically pleasing three-dimensional image that limits the loss of color and appearance of fuzz during normal use of the article. The three-dimensional printed article allows a more versatile creation of process colors and reduces the number of spot colors required to print the composite image. The three-dimensional printed article can be integrated into an absorbent article (12), such as a diaper. A method of printing the three- dimensional printed article and forming the absorbent article are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A method of forming a sheet of material with indicia thereon comprises applying indicia to the sheet by an electrostatic copying process in which a toner powder is deposited on the sheet and is heated to cause it to fuse. The sheet of material comprises a flexible support layer that is provided with a porous coating of a latent curable material, preferably in particulate and/or filamentary form and especially one based on an epoxy material. It has been found that the indicia are more indelible than those formed on other surfaces by the same process even though the fused toner is not absorbed by the curable material.

    Abstract: A drug delivery device includes a housing, a reservoir, a cannula, one or more light sources, a label, and a controller. The reservoir is disposed within the housing. The cannula is connected to the reservoir for delivering a drug from the reservoir to the patient. The light sources are disposed adjacent the exterior surface of the housing, and each serves to indicate one of one or more operational conditions of the device. The label is fixed to the housing adjacent the light sources, and includes one or more informational messages. Each informational message is aligned with one of the light sources for conveniently conveying to a user an operational condition of the device as indicated by the corresponding light source. Finally, the controller is operably connected to the reservoir and the light sources. The controller is configured to actuate the reservoir to deliver the drug, and to selectively illuminate the one or more light sources based on the operational condition of the drug delivery device.
