The invention relates to a device for actuating mobile surfaces on motor vehicles, by means of servo-drives. To predetermine the position of the mobile surface, said device is provided with a desired-value generator (12) and evaluation electronics (1) for evaluating the signals (13) of the desired-value generator (12), said generator and evaluation electronics being interconnected via an interface (10, 11). The desired-value generator (12) is configured as a digital switch, which supplies, in each detent position (15, 16), a digital bit pattern (14) corresponding to the detent position (16).

A control module (1) for servo assisted window operation in motor vehicles comprises a number of individual controls (2a-2d) for the respective side windows and also other controls (3, 4, 5) for actuating the locking out of rear seat controls for rear side windows, the release of jamming protection and the roof hatch servo. The control module (1) is preferably intended for placing on a central console (16) between the vehicle's front seats for easy access by the driver. Each individual control (2a-2d) for the respective side windows not only has an asymmetry of shape pointing towards the respective window but is also designed with first and second operating surfaces (12 and 13 respectively) which make it possible to press the control downwards towards and lift it upwards away from a horizontal baseplate (6) of the control module (1) so as to permit logical actuation of the controls (2a-2d) with respect to the movement of the windows. This makes it easy for the driver to identify the right control and operate it in the right direction without taking his eyes off the roadway.

The invention relates to two switching devices and a process for external force-actuated driving devices in a motor vehicle, especially windows and sliding roofs. According to the invention, depending on the dynamics and/or degree of displacement of an actuating component (1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501), control signals are generated which code the displacement speed and travel, the position, the displacement duration and/or direction of the item to be displaced. The actuating component is in particular an unrestrictedly rotatable component (1, 101, 201, 501) which, during its rotation, generates control signals for an electronic control unit (4, 104). The invention provides two switching devices and a process giving the user the greatest possible control over the displacement of the component concerned.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Bedienungsrückmeldung bei Betätigung eines Bedienelementes (10) zur Ansteuerung eines beweglichen Elements, insbesondere eines Verdecks, eines Cabrioletfahrzeugs, vorgeschlagen, wobei das Bedienelement (10) ein Mittel (22) zum Abgeben eines haptische Sinne einer Bedienperson ansprechenden Signals umfasst und wobei das Bedienelement (10) zum Abgeben dieses Signals in Abhängigkeit von mindestens einem außerhalb des Bedienelements auftretenden Signal vorgesehen ist.

A lift-shift switch, especially for the rising and sliding roof of a motor vehicle, has a housing (1) with a terminal (5) and an actuating button (2) pivotable or movable in the housing (1). The actuating button (2) is connected to a sliding switching member (11) which is automatically returned to its initial position by a return device (12) and resets the actuating button (2). In order to obtain a reliable lift-shift switch with a small number of individual parts, a rotary switching component (15) is fitted to rotate on the sliding switching member (11) and can be operated by a lever (16) secured to the actuating button (2).
