An acoustic resonator includes a wafer and a first phononic crystal disposed on the wafer to define an acoustic waveguide so as to propagate an acoustic wave along a propagation direction. The first phononic crystal includes a first two-dimensional (2D) array of metal stripes having a first period on the propagation direction. The apparatus also includes a second phononic crystal and a third phononic crystal disposed on two sides of the first phononic crystal and having a different period from the first period. The second phononic crystal and the wafer define a first reflector to reflect the acoustic wave. The third phononic crystal and the wafer define a second reflector to reflect the acoustic wave.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Radarsystem (2) zur Umfelderfassung für ein Fahrzeug, mit einer Platine (4), umfassend einen Wellenabschluss (36) mit einer Abschlussleitung (78), eine mit dieser verbundene Signalleitung (38) zur Übertragung eines hochfrequenten Signals, eine erste Substratschicht (22), die aus einem ersten Material mit einem ersten Verlustfaktor gefertigt ist, eine auf der ersten Substratschicht (22) aufgebrachte erste Lage (20), welche die Signalleitung (38) umfasst, eine zweite Substratschicht (26), die aus einem zweiten Material mit einem zweiten Verlustfaktor gefertigt ist, der größer ist als der erste Verlustfaktor, eine auf der zweiten Substratschicht (26) aufgebrachte zweite Lage (28), die die Abschlussleitung (78) umfasst. Preferably the openings (18) are spaces between conducting stripes (19), extending, seen from above, across the at least one signal line, the conducting stripes being integrally connected with the conductive remainder (20) of the conductive layer (15).
