The present disclosure provides an herbicide composition comprising: 2',4'- dichloro-5'-(4-difluoromethyl-4,5-dihydro-3-methyl-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methanesulfonanilide; and 2-chloro-2',6'-diethyl-N-(2-propoxyethyl)acetanilide; wherein 2',4'-dichloro-5'-(4-difluoromethyl-4,5-dihydro-3-methyl-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methanesulfonanilide to 2-chloro-2',6'-diethyl-N-(2-propoxyethyl)acetanilide weight ratio is in the range of 1:1 – 1: 10. The present disclosure further provide formulations comprising the herbicide composition and process for its preparations. The present disclosure also provide methods of pre-emergence control of broad spectrum of weeds in a site and weed control in crop fields.

The present invention discloses a stable agrochemical composition comprising at least one chloronicotinyl compound; and a polyoxyethylene/ polyoxypropylene block copolymeric chain, wherein said polyoxyethylene/ polyoxypropylene block copolymeric chain is end-capped with alkyl groups. The invention also provides a process for preparing said stable agrochemical composition, a method of controlling unwanted pests by applying an agrochemically effective amount of the stable agrochemical compositions and and its use as an insecticidal composition according to the present invention.

The invention also concerns a liquid agrochemical formulation obtained by the method. In addition, the invention provides a flexible bag disposable within a container for transport and storage of liquid and configured for storage and transportation of a liquid agrochemical formulation; comprising 722 g/l propamocarb. HCI or 600 g/l propamocarb. Furthermore, the invention provides a use of a flexible bag provided inside of a transportation means for storing and transporting a liquid propamocarb formulation.

The present disclosure provides terminally activated monofunctional POZ derivatives having a range of functional active groups allowing conjugation of the monofunctional POZ derivatives to a variety of target molecules under a wide range of reaction conditions to produce a hydrolytically stable target molecule-POZ conjugate. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides novel methods of synthesis for the disclosed terminally activated monofunctional POZ derivatives and hydrolytically stable target molecule-POZ conjugates created using the disclosed terminally activated monofunctional POZ derivatives.

A polymeric biguanide composition comprising less than 18 mol% of terminal amine groups as measured by 13C NMR. The polymeric biguanide composition also is characterized by a relative increase in the molar concentration of terminal guanidine groups or terminal cyanoguanidino groups. The invention is also directed to ophthalmic compositions comprising the polymeric biguanide compositions. The polymeric biguanide compositions can be used as an antimicrobial component in an ophthalmic lens care solution, or as a preservative to in a pharmaceutical composition or other health care product.

The present invention concerns methods of treating fungal infections and methods of screening compounds for activity in treating fungal infections. Methods of the invention include using an active compound such as fludioxonil to treat a Cryptococcus neoformans infection. Also included are methods and pharmaceutical compositions useful for treating fungal infections using a Hog1 activator such as fludioxonil and a calcineurin inhibitor in combination.

The present invention provides a synergistic insecticidal composition comprising as essential active ingredients a neuronal sodium channel antagonist in combination with one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of pyrethroids, pyrethoid-type compounds, recombinant nucleopolyhedroviruses capable of expressing an insect toxin, organophosphates, carbamates, formamidines, macrocyclic lactones, amidinohydrazones, GABA antagonists and acetylcholine receptor ligands. Also provided are methods for synergistic insect control and crop protection.
