Изобретение относится к способу получения иммобилизованных ферментных препаратов, в частности к получению и использованию нового активного конъюгата фермента с полимерным носителем. Конъюгат обладает свойствами препарата Лонгидаза и подавляет гиперплазию соединительной ткани, а также обладает противовоспалительным действием, и может быть использован для производства стабильных, активных и безопасных в применении лекарственных препаратов пролонгированного действия в форме суппозитория, мази, инъекции или косметического крема, а также для получения ветеринарных лекарственных средств. Способ заключается в конъюгации гиалуронидазы с водорастворимым сополимером карбодимидным или азидным методом. Для конъюгации используют сополимер N-оксида 1,4-этиленпиперазина, (N-карбоксиметилметил)-1,4-этиленпиперазиния или его гидразида, и 1,4-этиленпиперазина общей формулы (I) где n - от 40 % до 90 % от общего количества звеньев m - от 3 % до 40 % от общего количества звеньев n+m+l=100 %.
