The at least one UHP fluid delivery system includes a fluid reservoir mounted to the vehicle and configured to store a fire-suppression fluid, a fluid output tool fluidly coupled to the fluid reservoir, and at least one UHP pump-motor assembly coupled to the at least one zero-emissions power system and operable to circulate a flow of the fire-suppression fluid from the fluid reservoir to the fluid output tool with power from the at least one zero-emissions power system.

A firefighting apparatus on a small all-terrain utility vehicle has a U-shaped water tank closely spaced from the driver's cab. A reel for a high-pressure hose is mounted in the U of the water tank. A high-pressure engine driven pump is connected to the reel and a high-pressure hose through a water management system, which directs water from the water tank to the pump, and from the pump to the hose. The pump has a pressure valve which sets the engine idle when the high-pressure water nozzle is closed. A pressure unloader valve recirculates water from the pump outlet to the pump inlet when the nozzle is closed. A check valve is used between the water tank and a point where water recirculates to the pump. A prefllter is connected between the check valve and the water tank.

A branched conduit (46) allows several firefighters to be attached to a single air and water hose apparatus.

The fire extinction water piping extends from the vehicle level to a hydraulic gun (22) arranged in connection with a working cage (15) and comprises a telescopic water piping section (25) running along the elevating boom system (12) as well as piping sections (28, 23, and 24, 27, 29) located on both sides of the telescopic water piping section. The invention is characterised in that the system comprises a circulating water line (30) provided with a circulation pump (35) arranged in parallel with the water piping (20), whereby the ends (31, 32) of the circulating water line are intended to be connected to the water piping (20) on both sides of its telescopic water piping section (25). The invention also relates to a fire extinction water piping and to an elevating platform equipment equipped with said system.

Die erfindungsgemäße Feuerlöscharmatur ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in dem Wassereintrittsende und/oder dem Wasseraustrittsende ein Feststoffnetzmittelhalter durch das Wassereintrittsende oder das Wasseraustrittsende herausnehmbar eingesetzt ist, - der einen löschwasserumspülbaren Einsatz mit einem inneren Aufnahmeraum zur Aufnahme eines Feststoffnetzmittels aufweist.
