Haspel zum Wickeln von Metallband, insbesondere von gewalztem Warmband, mit einer Dornwelle (2), die ein erstes Wellenendstück (18)aufweist, welches mittels zumindest eines im Maschinenrahmen (3) der Haspel vorgesehenen Lagers (4) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei zwischen dem zumindest einen Lager (4) und der Dornwelle (2) eine Spannvorrichtung (5) angeordnet ist, so dass in einem gespannten Betriebszustand eine reibschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem zumindest einen Lager (4) und der Dornwelle (2) herstellbar ist.
Abstract:
A pouring reel (10) for forming a long product moving at an incoming velocity into an annular coil comprises a central mast (12) lying on a vertical axis (A). A cylindrical tub (14) surrounds and cooperates with the mast to form an annular chamber (16), the bottom of which is closed by a coil plate (18). An entry pipe (20) is arranged to deliver the product downwardly for accumulation in the chamber as a series of superimposed rings forming the annular coil. A first drive mechanism rotates the tub about the vertical axis, and a second drive mechanism rotates the mast about the same axis. The first and second drive mechanisms are operable independently of each other to thereby permit the tub and the mast to be rotated at surface velocities substantially matching the incoming velocity of the product. The tub and entry pipe may also be vertically adjustable in unison relative to the central mast and coil plate in order to maintain the free fall distance of product being delivered into the chamber at a predetermined substantially constant minimum.

본 발명은 철판 코일 수송용 거치 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 철판 코일을 거치하여 보관할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 철판 코일이 거치된 상태에서 곧바로 일반적인 컨테이너에 넣어 수송이 가능하여 이용이 편리하고 경제적인 철판 코일 수송용 거치 장치에 관한 것이다.

A method for forming a coiler drum (5) for a hot rolling apparatus, in which method a jacket (6) is formed parallel to the rotation axis (X) of the drum. The drum (6) is formed of two or more elements (6a, 6b) placed next to each other in the axial direction (X), and the adjacent elements are joined to each other in a joint zone (10), and the outer surface of the joint zone is closer to the rotation axis than the outer surface of the jacket element next to the joint zone. The invention also relates to a coiler drum and a hot rolling apparatus.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a plurality of methods and devices which are used to wind a thin metal strip (1), especially a hot rolled or cold rolled thin steel strip, onto a winding mandrel (3a), the diameter thereof being adjusted. To begin with, the coil inner windings (12,18) are wound onto the adjusted diameter of the winding mandrel, and after the coil (11) has been wound, the winding mandrel (3a) is removed or the coil (11) taken off. According to a first method, in order to prevent individual windings (12,18) from detaching themselves in the eye of the coil (15) due to stiffening of windings, at least one profiled rise or profiled cavity is pressed into one inner winding or a plurality of adjacent inner windings (12,18) on the circumference during rotation of the coil.
