摘要: Systems and methods for a coupler (100) including: a bend relief (120) for a cable (110) including one or more electrical wires (112) therein, where the bend relief (120) is disposed proximate an end of the one or more wires (112); a socket (150) comprising one or more pins (156) and one or more socket terminals (158), where the one or more pins (156) are configured to be electrically connected to the one or more socket terminals (158); and a housing body (101) configured to be disposed between the bend relief (120) and the socket (150), wherein at least a portion of the housing body (101) comprises hot melt such that the at least the portion of the housing body (101) substantially encapsulates a portion of the bend relief (120), the one or more socket terminals (158), and ends of the one or more wires (112) connected to the one or more socket terminals (158).

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a wind turbine blade (10). The method comprises arranging one or more shear webs (50, 55) within a first shell half. At least one support frame (80) is fixe to one or more anchoring points (86) on the inside surface (36b) of the first shell half, the support frame comprising a free end (81) for engaging with a lateral surface of the shear web. One or more guide element (74) are fastened to at least one of the lateral surfaces of the shear web such that the guide element extends laterally from the shear web to form a receiving space (88) between the guide element (74) and the shear web (55). The shear webs are then lowered into the first shell half such that the free end (81) of the support frame (80) is received in the receiving space (88) between the guide element (74) and the shear web (55).
