Abstract: Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Ausbildung einer Kunststoffkomponente für ein elektrisches Leiteranschlussklemmensystem, bei dem wenigstens ein Basisbauteil (10) und wenigstens ein Zusatzbauteil (20) miteinander verbunden werden, wobei das Basisbauteil (10) und das Zusatzbauteil (20) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial gebildet und wenigstens im Bereich einer jeweiligen Verbindungfläche zur Anlage gebracht werde. Das Basisbauteil (10) und das Zusatzbauteil (20) werden in ihren Verbindungsflächen durch Laserdurchstrahlschweißen stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden, wobei das Basisbauteil (10) oder das Zusatzbauteil (20) in einem Laserbereich ihrer jeweiligen Verbindungfläche lasertransparent ausgebildet ist, und beim Laserdurchstrahlschweißen ein Laser durch diesen Laserbereich geführt wird, während das jeweils andere Bauteil (10; 20) in seiner Verbindungfläche einen laserabsorbierenden Schweißbereich aufweist. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ferner eine mit dem Verfahren hergestellte Kunststoffkomponente.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of making a container (300). At least two laminated rigid bodies (101, 102) are provided. Each of the rigid bodies (101, 102) is made of a rigid cellulose body (110) and a laminate (120) that is laminated thereon. The rigid bodies (101, 102) are adjoined at interface sections (130) thereof so that they together enclose an inner volume (311), which is at least partially delimited by the laminate (120). The rigid bodies (101, 102) are joined by ultrasonic welding and/or induction sealing of the interface sections (130) to form the container (300). The present invention relates further to a container (300) that is formed in accordance with the method of the invention.

Abstract: A method for assembling an integrated wind turbine blade shell, comprising: - attaching and distributing cleats onto the first wind turbine shell part at a distance from the first edge of a first wind turbine blade part, wherein a ledge surface and a rail of each cleat define, together with the interior surface, a ledge for supporting a glue flange; - securing a clamp tool to the anchor of each cleat; - resting the separately manufactured glue flange on the ledge surface of each cleat; - closing the first and second wind turbine blade shell parts; - actuate the clamp tools to clamp the glue flange between the clamp head of each clamp tool and interior surface; and - detaching and removing the clamp tools from the cleats.

Abstract: After a predetermined time following completion of welding to a cap, temperatures in regions on the surface of the cap corresponding to a plurality of leg portions of a linking portion for linking an inner cover and the cap are measured, and when all of the temperatures are within a predetermined range in which sufficient welding strength is demonstrated for the inner cover to be released from the packaging container at the same time as the cap, the welding strength is deemed to be sufficient, and when said temperatures are outside said temperature range, the welding strength is deemed to be insufficient.

Abstract: The invention is a method for manufacturing a cuvette for analyzing liquid, the method comprising applying welding for securing together cuvette parts. During the method, the following steps are carried out: fitting together an upper cuvette part (10) comprising a transparent upper window portion (11) and a lower cuvette part comprising a transparent lower window portion, thereby forming an analyzing space between the upper window portion (11) and the lower window portion, wherein in the fitted-together position, the upper cuvette part (10) and the lower cuvette part contact each other along at least one peripheral, closed weld path, followed by welding together the upper cuvette part (10) and the lower cuvette part along a weld path in a leakproof manner.

At least one support frame (80) is fixe to one or more anchoring points (86) on the inside surface (36b) of the first shell half, the support frame comprising a free end (81) for engaging with a lateral surface of the shear web. One or more guide element (74) are fastened to at least one of the lateral surfaces of the shear web such that the guide element extends laterally from the shear web to form a receiving space (88) between the guide element (74) and the shear web (55). The shear webs are then lowered into the first shell half such that the free end (81) of the support frame (80) is received in the receiving space (88) between the guide element (74) and the shear web (55).
