    摘要： Systems and methods in which dot-like portions of a material (e.g., a viscous material such as a solder paste) are printed or otherwise transferred onto an intermediate substrate at a first printing unit, the intermediate substrate having the dot-like portions of material printed thereon is transferred to a second printing unit, and the dot-like portions of material are transferred from the intermediate substrate to a final substrate at the second printing unit. Optionally, the first printing unit includes a coating system that creates a uniform layer of the material on a donor substrate, and the material is transferred in the individual dot-like portions from the donor substrate onto the intermediate substrate at the first printing unit. Each of the first and second printing units may employ a variety of printing or other transfer technologies. The system may also include material curing and imaging units to aid in the overall process.

    摘要： A unique method for producing one or more counterfeit-protected banknotes on a banknote paper source having multiple inclusions of irreproducible-patterns (IRPAT) and digital patterns is provided for. A data matrix is generated in relation to certain characteristics such as digital security techniques and banknote denomination, and the data matrix and IRPAT are associatively arranged on banknote paper source for authenticating the banknote as currency. A unique method for verifying a banknote produced by the method of the invention is also provided.

    摘要： A device which prints an electrically conductive pattern on a downhole tool using electrical ink includes a print head assembly and gripper claw assembly to print and manipulate the downhole tool during printing, respectively. The electrically conductive pattern may be an antenna coil, circuit or other desired pattern. After printing, the accuracy of the pattern is verified by the system and an impact resistant coating is applied to the pattern.
