    Abstract: An onboard track machine wear measurement system (300) has an ultra-sonic probe (302) that is attached to an undercarriage (114) of the machine (100) that is disposed adjacent a track chain assembly (126), and a controller (304) that is in communication with the ultra-sonic probe (302). A roller pad (46) is positioned between the sets of pin lugs (42,44) and includes a roller contact surface (48) extending between a first roller pad end (50) and a second roller pad end (52). The first roller pad end (50) includes a relatively softer material (82), and the second roller pad end (52) includes a relatively harder material (84) that forms a trimming edge (86) for trimming off interfering material of an adjacent track shoe (30) in a machine track (20) that is plastically deformed by way of roller contact with the adjacent track shoe (30) during service.

    Abstract: A component for a track-type machine comprises a body, a through-bore extending through the body forming an inner wall, and a bushing located in the through-bore. The bushing comprises a bearing surface, an outer surface engaging the inner wall, a flange extending from the outer surface and extending into the inner wall, and retention features located in the outer surface proximate the flange.
