Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Füllvorrichtung zum Abfüllen einer definierten Menge eines Produkts, umfassend einen Speicher (2) zum Speichern des abzufüllenden Produkts, eine Füllnadel (5) zum Abgeben des abzufüllenden Produkts, eine Verbindungsleitung (4), um den Speicher (2) mit der Füllnadel (5) zu verbinden, und eine Kolbenpumpe (3), welche in der Verbindungsleitung (4) angeordnet ist, um das abzufüllende Produkt vom Speicher (2) zur Füllnadel (5) zufördern, wobei die Kolbenpumpe (3) einen Kolben (30), einen Zylinderkörper (31), einen Zylinderdeckel (32), einen Zulauf (33), einen Ablauf (34), ein erstes Rückschlagventil (8) und ein zweites Rückschlagventil (9) umfasst, wobei die Kolbenpumpe (3), die Füllnadel (5) und die Verbindungsleitung (4) eine Baugruppe bilden, die als Einwegartikel ausgebildet ist, und wobei der Kolben (30), der Zylinderkörper (31), der Zylinderdeckel (32), der Zulauf (33), der Ablauf (34), das erste Rückschlagventil (8) und daszweite Rückschlagventil (9) aus einem nichtmetallischen Werkstoff hergestellt sind.

A liquid dispensing system for simultaneously filling a plurality of liquid containers including an unpressurized liquid manifold container having a plurality of liquid dispensing outlets corresponding to the number of containers to be filled in a fill cycle, a liquid supply for directing a predetermined fixed quantity of liquid into said manifold container corresponding to the quantity necessary for filling the plurality of liquid containers to a predetermined fill level, and said manifold container being operable for dispensing uniform quantities of liquid for filling the plurality of liquid containers from said manifold container through said plurality of dispensing outlets.

According to a method for filling containers (2) with a metered quantity of products (10), the products are supplied to a reservoir (3), inside which there is a metering receptacle (7). In its upper part, the metering receptacle (7) is open and its lower part features a discharge pipe (8), which communicates with a container (2) to be filled. A moving element (13) moves between a filling position in which it causes the raising of level of the products (10) over the opening (7a) of the metering receptacle (7), so that the latter is filled with the products and a non-filling position, in which the level of the products (10) is lowered below the opening (7a) of the metering receptacle (7). Thus a metered quantity (11) of products is collected inside the metering receptacle (7). The metered quantity (11) of products is delivered to the container (2) through the discharge pipe (8), by opening of valve means (9).

A method and system for filling a flexible film bag (502, 504) attached to a face plate (506) with a flowable composition is disclosed. The system includes a chamber (604, 608) for receiving the flexible film bag (502, 504) and a fill tube (702, 704) for dispensing the flowable composition into the flexible film bag (502, 504), where the fill tube (702, 704) is at least partially disposed in the film bag (502, 504). The system also includes a pump (640) in fluid communication with the chamber, where the pump (640) creates a vacuum between an exterior surface of the flexible film bag (502, 504) and an interior surface of the chamber (604, 608), such that the flexible film bag (502, 504) expands from an unexpanded state to an expanded state.

The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of dual compartment sachets for packing two materials used as compositions for purification of water where the weldable materials are chosen to prevent interaction of materials stored in the two compartments and also interaction with outside atmosphere. Water purification compositions packed in these sachets are especially useful for removal of microorganisms like bacteria, viruses and cysts to make the water suitable for human consumption. The invention particularly relates to a form, fill and seal process for the manufacture of a sachet comprising at least two compartments where the weldable materials used for forming the outer walls and the inner partition layer are chosen to prevent interaction of materials stored in the compartments and also interaction with outside atmosphere.

Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zur Befüllung eines Behälters mit einem Produkt. Das Produkt besteht aus einer ersten flüssigen Komponente und mindestens einer zweiten Komponente. Das Produkt wird dem zu befüllenden Behälter über mindestens eine Füllleitung und mindestens ein Füllventil zugeführt. Die Füllleitung wird zwischen dem Aufnahmebehälter und dem Füllventil von mindestens einem Drosselventil in Leitungsabschnitte unterteilt. Der Leitungsabschnitt zwischen dem Füllventil und einem dem Füllventil benachbart angeordneten Drosselventil wird derart dimensioniert, daß das Innenvolumen dieses Teiles der Füllleitung im Wesentlichen einem Befüllvolumen eines zu befüllenden Behälters entspricht.

A fuel transfer station may provide for the refilling of fuel canisters providing fuel to combustion powered equipment. The fuel transfer station may include a base, a frame coupled to the base, a first connection port and a second connection port provided in the base, and fluid flow lines connecting the first connection port and the second connection port. A supply tank may be supported by the frame and detachably connected to the first connection port. A fuel canister to be refilled may be detachably connected to the second connection port. Fuel contained in the supply tank may be selectively supplied to the fuel canister through the fluid flow lines in response to a pressure gradient drawing the fuel into the fuel canister.
