Abstract:
A conveyor belt section (10) capable of bending vertically and horizontally includes a base (12) and side walls (14, 16) extending anguiarly from opposing sides of the base ( 12) to form a channel (18), wherein the belt section ( 10) is corrugated with at least two alternating peaks (20) and troughs (22) extending continuously across the side walls ( 1 4, 16) and base (12).
Abstract:
A plant adapted to produce plastic containers comprises a loading feed box (1) of preforms (3), an elevator (12) and an aligner (8) of the preforms (3) in order to arrange them according to a regular sequence, so that said preforms could be inserted into e next blower; thanks to an aligner (18) the preforms (3) are falling down from an elevator (12) into a tank (19), whereas an eccentric vane (21) should spread said preforms in correspondence of tank (19) bottom, in such a way that heaps are avoided, which could block the plant.
Abstract:
A transport system (100) for high temperature bulk materials in industrial plants, comprising a plurality of volumetric containers (1) arranged in sequence along a direction of transport (L) and fastened to a movable conveyor belt (101), which containers have lateral walls which engage mutually to form a continuous transport region.
Abstract:
A conveyor belt (10) of closed-path type comprising a plurality of transport plates (50), defining a transport surface for the material in a forward run of the conveyor belt itself, which plates are arranged in sequence along a longitudinal transport direction (L), wherein each plate bears a first (55) and a second (56) longitudinal end portion thereat, in said forward run, it is respectively superimposed on an adjacent plate arranged upstream of the sequence with respect to the longitudinal transport direction and placed under an adjacent plate arranged downstream in such sequence, or vice versa; and an annular structure (51) for connecting said plates being arranged, in said forward run, below said plates, wherein at least one of said plates, at said first or second longitudinal portion of superimposing or placing under an adjacent plate, has a cross section with thickness (s) decreased with respect to a remaining portion of the plate itself.
Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
A conveyor feeder apparatus comprises a plurality of cross-bars arranged in a closed loop and connected to at least one track chain for providing drive to the plurality of cross-bars. The apparatus includes a plurality of feeder pans, each feeder pan having a carrying surface and being supported by a cross-bar of the plurality of cross-bars for conveying transport therewith. A seal is provided between the carrying surfaces of adjacent feeder pans and is adapted for sealing connection between the carrying surfaces of adjacent feeder pans.
Abstract:
A conveyor system (100) with two conveyer belts (104a, 104b) with a single motor comprises a housing (102) including at least one inclined section. A first conveyor belt (104a) is operably connected to a drive pulley (332) and a first idler pulley (330). A second conveyor belt is operably connected to a second and third idler pulley (334a, 334b). A drive unit includes a motor in communication with the drive pulley (332) and a first and a second sprocket (404a, 404b). A roller chain extends between the drive pulley (332), the sprockets (404a, 404b), and the third idler pulley (334b), wherein the roller chain causes the drive pulley (332) and the sprockets (404a, 404b) to rotate in direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) and the third idler pulley (334b) to rotate in the other direction (counterclockwise or clockwise).
