Eine Sammelvorrichtung (1) zum Stapeln von Wannen (20) eines Wannenförderers (100) weist eine Stapelaufnahme (10) zum Aufnehmen mehrerer übereinander gestapelter Wannen (20) des Wannenförderers (100) in einem Wannenstapel (25) auf. Ein Abstützeingriffsmittel (30) ist zum Abstützen der untersten Wanne (21) des in der Stapelaufnahme (10) angeordneten Wannenstapels (25) konfiguriert. Ein Vereinzelungseingriffsmittel (40) ist zum Abstützen der zweituntersten Wanne (22) des in der Stapelaufnahme (10) angeordneten Wannenstapels (25) konfiguriert. Das Abstützeingriffsmittel (30) ist so beweglich ausgebildet, dass es unter der untersten Wanne (21) des Wannenstapels (25) wegbewegbar ist, wenn das Vereinzelungseingriffsmittel (40) die zweitunterste Wanne (22) abstützt.

A dispensing device (1) for dispensing trays from a tray stack (3) in a predetermined dispensing direction, where the dispensing device (1) comprises at least one dispensing unit (2) intended for repetitive dispensing of one tray at a time, and the dispensing unit (2) comprises: a rotational shaft (6) having a direction of rotation on which are mounted: - a drive wheel (8), a disc-shaped tray distributor (4) having a first projection with a first front edge in the direction of rotation, and interacting, when the first projection during rotation faces the tray stack (3), with a first and a second tray (3b) from the bottom of the tray stack (3), and a spacer (7) which is placed against the tray distributor. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von mehreren zu einem Stapel 4 ineinander gestapelten Behältnissen 40, 40', insbesondere von Pipettierspitzen. Diese weist eine Zuführeinrichtung 1 mit einem Zuführelement 10 für den Stapel 4 und eine in einer Förderrichtung 3 hinter der Zuführeinrichtung 1 angeordnete Transporteinrichtung 2 mit einem Transportmittel 20 für das vereinzelte Behältnis 40 auf. Das Zuführelement 10 und das Transportmittel 20 sind derart in Förderrichtung 3 angeordnet, dass zwischen einer das Behältnis 40 frei gebenden ersten Position 11, in der das Zuführelement 10 das Behältnis 40 in Förderrichtung 3 frei gibt, und einer das Behältnis 40 erfassenden zweiten Position 21, in der das Transportmittel 20 das Behältnis 40 in Förderrichtung 3 erfasst, ein Abstand 5 vorgesehen ist.

A gripping device for gripping an egg tray (3A) having a dimpled structure includes a gripping unit (4) that is movable up and down to engage and grip the egg tray (3A) and move it. The gripping unit comprises (4) at least a pair of opposite gripping members (42A, 42B) which are movable in opposite directions, substantially transverse to the up and down movement of the unit (4), from a retracted position to an advanced position to grip a dimple (31) of the egg tray (3A), and from the advanced position to the retracted position to release the dimple. Each gripping member (42A, 42B) of said pair has a separate pressure operated actuator (46) operatively connected to it. The actuator (46), upon pressurization, moves the corresponding gripping member (42A, 42B) from the retracted position to the advanced position.
