Abstract:
A bracket to which a bottle opener and a receiving tray are attached mounted on an upright support surface. The bracket is preferably mounted to the support surface with one or more separate fasteners. The receiving tray attaches to the bracket below the bottle opener to catch the dislodged caps.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a tool useful for fabricating sheet metal ductwork, the tool comprises a handle portion extending from an end of which are first and second prongs, the first prong extending from and in substantially the same plane as the handle portion, the second prong extending outwardly from the handle at a obtuse angle and spaced apart and opposite from the first prong; the second prong having an arcuate tip end that is curved radially at an acute angle toward the direction of the first prong but extending just beyond it.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a re-closure device for a metal cap on a bottle, comprising a base body (4) and a re-closure arrangement (3) arranged on the base body, wherein said re-closure arrangement comprises a cylindrical and/or cone- shaped wall portion (31), which comprises at least one sector part (S) with a wall portion (32), the radius (R) of which is larger than the radius (r) of the adjacent wall portion (31).
Abstract:
Abstract:
A manual portable tool and a process are described, for straightening and positioning used metal crown caps (3) onto mouths of bottles, in order to airtightly and watertightly close the bottles again; the tool comprises a handgrip (1) and a tubular element (2) equipped with at least two slits (2e) and composed, on an internal surface, of a circular crown (2d), adapted to house therein a used cap (3) before placing it onto a bottle mouth; a circular toothing (2a) formed of projections (2a) and adapted to house therein the used cap (3) when it is pressed onto the bottle mouth in order to straighten the corresponding teeth of the cap (3) onto the bottle mouth; and a circular opening (Ib), smooth and free from teeth, adapted to house therein the used cap (3) after it has been placed onto the bottle mouth and before removing the tool from the bottle mouth and leaving the cap (3) onto the bottle mouth.
Abstract:
A lifting handle tool including a pair of laterally extending support plate each having a major portion for extending over a top of the lid and a minor portion less than the major portion for overhanging the lid. A handle bar is carried between the support plates at the minor portion for overhanging the lid. A reinforcing bar is carried by the support plates at the major portion for resisting separation and torque of the support plates during lifting. A lifting plate is fixed between the support plates at the minor portion and protrudes vertically below the support plates for extending beneath a lip of the container lid. The lifting plate includes a lip receiving channel for engaging the lip so that applying an upward force to the handle bar causes the support plates to pivot and engage the lip in the lip receiving channel to raise the container lid.
Abstract:
A bottle opening tool has a body (14) having on opposite sides a bottle opener (11) and a lever arm (17). Jaws (12, 13) form the bottle opener side and are located onto the cap of a bottle by a user placing his or her little and ring fingers into the holes (15, 16) in the body. The cap is levered off by applying force through the lever arm (17) with fingers that remain free. Between uses the tool is worn on the outside of the hand without impeding other actions of the hand. Branding is effective by being located on upper surfaces (18, 20) of the tool, visible to the recipient of the opened bottle.
Abstract:
A hat for removing a bottle cap from a bottle includes a hat body and a visor which are seemed together. Avisor core and fabric disposed on the upside and underside of the visor core are seemed or adhered to form the visor. Two metal plates are disposed on the upside and underside of the outside of the brim of the visor respectively, and the connecting bolts fit through one plate, through the visor, and into the other plate. The connecting bolts attachthe upper and lower plates to the visor. There is a aperture of the opener adapted to receive the cap of a beer bottle on either metal plate, and an opening is positioned in the visor corresponding to the aperture.
Abstract:
A headgear article (10) is disclosed including a head-engaging portion (12), a brim (16) attached to the head-engaging portion (12), and a bottle opener (18) forming a portion of either the head-engaging portion (12) or the brim (16).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a beverage bottle, comprising a bottle body (1) with a bottle opening, a sealing body (30) for sealing the bottle opening and a fixing element (40) with a fastening section (45), permitting the fixing element (40) to be detachably fastened to the bottle body (1), in order to maintain the sealing body (30) that seals the bottle opening at least in an axial and/or radial direction. To simplify the opening of the beverage bottle, at least one projection (46) that juts out in a substantially radial direction is provided on the fastening section (45) of the fixing element (40). The fastening section (45) is detachably connected to the remaining part of the fixing element (40). The invention also relates to a tool (50) for opening the aforementioned beverage bottle.
