摘要: 本发明属于锂离子电池材料技术领域,具体公开了一种高镍正极材料及其制备方法。本发明提供的高镍正极材料具有内核、中间层和外壳三层结构,内核的颗粒均匀分散,中间层呈放射状分布,粒子强度≥60MPa。本发明所述的高镍正极材料的前驱体的制备方法,包括共沉淀反应、第一阶段的生长反应和第二阶段的生长反应三个反应阶段。主要通过调控每个阶段的不同的反应条件,主要是pH、搅拌速度、温度等,形成不同结构。所述前驱体与锂盐及含M的化合物混合烧结后,可以形成一次颗粒均匀分散的核心层和一次颗粒放射状分布的外层,提高粒子强度。

摘要: A process for producing a porous alpha-alumina catalyst support, comprising i) preparing a precursor material comprising, based on inorganic solids content, at least 50 wt.-% of a transition alumina having a loose bulk density of at most 600 g/L, a pore volume of at least 0.6 mL/g and a median pore diameter of at least 15 nm; and at most 30 wt.-% of an alumina hydrate; ii) forming the precursor material into shaped bodies; and iii) calcining the shaped bodies to obtain the porous alpha-alumina catalyst support. The catalyst support has a high overall pore volume, thus allowing for impregnation with a high amount of silver, while keeping its surface area sufficiently large so as to provide optimal dispersion of catalytically active species, in particular metal species. The invention further relates to a shaped catalyst body for producing ethylene oxide by gas-phase oxidation of ethylene, comprising at least 15 wt.-% of silver, relative to the total weight of the catalyst, deposited on a porous alpha-alumina catalyst support obtained in the process described above. The invention also relates to a process for preparing a shaped catalyst body as described above comprising impregnating a porous alpha-alumina catalyst support obtained in the process described above with a silver impregnation solution, preferably under reduced pressure; and optionally subjecting the impregnated porous alumina support to drying; and b) subjecting the impregnated porous alpha-alumina support to a heat treatment; wherein steps a) and b) are optionally repeated. The invention further relates to a process for producing ethylene oxide by gas- phase oxidation of ethylene, comprising reacting ethylene and oxygen in the presence of a shaped catalyst body as described above.

摘要: 本发明公开了一种改性一氧化硅材料及其制备方法。所述改性一氧化硅材料是一种用于锂电池负极的改性一氧化硅材料,所述改性一氧化硅材料是通过将原料硅、二氧化硅和金属硅酸盐在高温、真空条件下发生反应制备一氧化硅,同时在制备过程中金属蒸汽和一氧化硅反应并原位形成金属硅酸盐;在其内部,金属硅酸盐均匀分散在硅和一氧化硅的周围形成含硅颗粒,碳材料包覆在所述含硅颗粒的表面。本发明所述的改性一氧化硅材料中硅酸盐均匀分散、碳材料均匀包覆,在作为锂离子电池负极材料时表现出高的比容量、高的首次库伦效率、优异的循环性能和倍率性能。而且本发明制备方法原材料价格低廉,有利于工业化实施,使该改性一氧化硅具有非常广阔的应用前景。

摘要: A tableted catalyst support, characterized by an alpha-alumina content of at least 85 wt.-%, a pore volume of at least 0.40 mL/g, as determined by mercury porosimetry, and a BET surface area of 0.5 to 5.0 m2/g. The tableted catalyst support is an alpha-alumina catalyst support obtained with high geometrical precision and displaying a high overall pore volume, thus allowing for impregnation with a high amount of silver, while exhibiting a surface area sufficiently large so as to provide optimal dispersion of catalytically active species, in particular metal species. The invention further provides a process for producing a tableted alpha-alumina catalyst support, which comprises i) forming a free-flowing feed mixture comprising, based on inorganic solids content, at least 50 wt.-% of a transition alumina; ii) tableting the free-flowing feed mixture to obtain a compacted body; and iii) heat treating the compacted body at a temperature of at least 1100 °C, preferably at least 1300 °C, more preferably at least 1400 °C, in particular at least 1450 °C, to obtain the tableted alpha-alumina catalyst support. The invention moreover relates to a compacted body obtained by tableting a free-flowing feed mixture which comprises, based on inorganic solids content, at least 50 wt.-% of a transition alumina having a loose bulk density of at most 600 g/L, a pore volume of at least 0.6 mL/g, as determined, and a median pore diameter of at least 15 nm. The invention moreover relates to a shaped catalyst body for producing ethylene oxide by gas-phase oxidation of ethylene, comprising at least 15 wt.-% of silver, relative to the total weight of the catalyst, deposited on the tableted alpha-alumina catalyst support. The invention moreover relates to a process for producing ethylene oxide by gas-phase oxidation of ethylene, comprising reacting ethylene and oxygen in the presence of the shaped catalyst body.

摘要: 一种双光响应型氧化锌,在氧化锌制备过程中加入柠檬酸钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素对形貌进行控制,加入光热转换材料使氧化锌具有光热转换能力,加入木质素降低氧化锌的能带间隙;通过微波辐照使冻干后的水热产物碳化,能带间隙进一步降低。所述的双光响应型氧化锌呈银耳状褶皱结构,对黄光和近红外光具有双重响应,具有良好的吸附性、抗菌性和光热稳定性,具有光热转换能力。含有所述双光响应型氧化锌的涂层兼具抗菌性和成骨性,应用于种植体表面能够有效提高种植体的抗菌和成骨能力,且其特殊的光敏性能够实现种植体抗菌和成骨功能的光控起效和按需作用。

摘要: A method is disclosed for producing flakes of a first material, the method comprising: a) supporting two supply cylinders of the first material and a fatiguing rod assembly, that includes at least one textured fatiguing rod, so that each fatiguing rod is sandwiched between the two cylinders, each fatiguing rod having a diameter smaller than an initial diameter of the two supply cylinders and being made of a second harder material; b) urging the surfaces of the two supply cylinders into contact with each fatiguing rod; and c) causing the supply cylinders and the fatiguing rod(s) to rotate while making rolling line contact with one another; wherein the supply cylinders and each fatiguing rod are urged against one another with sufficiently high contact pressure to modify the surface of the supply cylinders by fatigue and result in separation of flakes from the surfaces of the cylinders.
