Abstract:
La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse en continu d'un élastomère diénique fonctionnalisé à fort taux de cis, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes simultanées: • de polymérisation en continu en milieu très concentré, voire en masse, d'au moins un monomère diénique en présence d'un système catalytique de coordination, jusqu'à atteindre au moins 60% de conversion dans un réacteur de polymérisation dimensionné pour que l'écart type de la fonction de distribution de temps de séjour dans ledit réacteur soit supérieur au temps de séjour moyen divisé par 2Λ/3; • de fonctionnaliser en continu de l'élastomère pseudo-vivant obtenu à l'issue de la polymérisation, par réaction avec un agent de fonctionnalisation dans un malaxeur, par exemple de type autonettoyant. Ce procédé de synthèse, applicable en milieu très concentré, présente une productivité accrue, notamment en permettant d'atteindre un taux de conversion élevé pouvant aller jusqu'à 100% et des taux de fonctionnalisation d'au moins 70%, et permet une flexibilité dans sa conduite.

La présente invention a pour objet : polymères à fonction terminales azoture de formule (V) : - l'obtention de tels polymères à partir + d'un polymère hydroxytéléchélique de formule (I) : OH-P-OH; + d'un azidoalcool de formule (II) : HO-R 1 N 3 , et + d'un diisocyanate de formule (III) : 0=C=N-R 2 -N=C=0 - les propergols solides, susceptibles d'être obtenus à partir desdits polymères. 본 발명은 가공성이 뛰어나면서 인장강도 및 점탄성 특성이 우수한 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 및 이를 포함하는 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이에 따른 변성 공액디엔계 중합체는 겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 의한 분자량 분포 곡선이 유니모달 형태를 가지면서 분자량 분포가 좁고, 무니 완화율이 0.7 이상이며, 화학식 1로 표시되는 변성제 유래 작용기를 포함함으로써 가공성이 뛰어나면서도, 인장특성 및 점탄성 특성이 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

Present invention relates to a method for producing a rubber by an anionic solution (co)polymerization of a conjugated diene and/or a vinyl aromatic compound in an organic solvent in the presence of an organolithium N,N-disubstituted aminomethylstyrene oligomeric initiator, a special N,N-disubstituted aminomethylstyrene monomer, and an end-functionalizing agent of the general formula (CH 3 ) 2 Hal 2 Si, wherein Hal is a halogen atom. The invention also relates to a rubber based on (co)polymers of a conjugated diene and/or a vinyl aromatic compound produced by said method, and to a rubber composition comprising such rubber. Rubber compositions of the present invention are useful in manufacturing of auto tire treads.

Present invention relates to a method for producing a branched modified rubber, comprising an anionic (co)polymerization of a conjugated diene and/or a vinyl aromatic compound in the presence of an initiator and a polyfunctional modifying agent, wherein the initiator represents a compound which is a reaction product of an organolithium compound and a secondary amine, and the modifying agent is an oligo- or polysiloxane containing in its structure both epoxy and alkoxy functional groups. The invention also relates to branched modified rubber based on a conjugated diene and/or a vinyl aromatic compound produced by said method, and to a rubber composition, comprising such branched-modified rubber. Rubber compositions according to the present invention are suitable in manufacture of a tire treads.

The invention concerns novel ionic compounds with low melting point whereof the onium type cation having at least a heteroatom such as N, O, S or P bearing the positive charge and whereof the anion includes, wholly or partially, at least an ion imidide such as (FX O)N (OX F) wherein X and X are identical or different and comprise SO or PF, and their use as solvent in electrochemical devices. Said composition comprises a salt wherein the anionic charge is delocalised, and can be used, inter alia, as electrolyte.
