摘要: The present disclosure provides an extrudable article and a composition, each including at least one polyurethane including hydroxyl groups and latent isocyanate groups in the form of uretdione groups. The hydroxyl groups are present on a first polyurethane and the latent isocyanate groups are present on either the first polyurethane or a second polyurethane and a ratio of the latent isocyanate groups to the hydroxyl groups is greater than 1.2 : 1. A method of making the extrudable article is provided including reacting in an extruder a polymerizable composition including a uretdione-containing material including a reaction product of a diisocyanate reacted with itself, a hydroxyl-containing compound, and an isocyanate-containing compound. A method of making a core-sheath filament is provided including forming a core composition of the at least one polyurethane and wrapping a sheath composition including an ethylene copolymer or a polyolefin around the core composition. Further, methods of printing a composition are provided including heating and mixing the extrudable article, such as in an extruder, to form a molten composition, then dispensing the molten composition through a nozzle onto a substrate.

摘要: The present invention relates to a multi-aziridine compound having: a) at least 2 of the following structural units (A) whereby R1 is H; R2 and R4 are independently chosen from H, a linear group containing from 1 to 8 carbon atoms and optionally containing one or more heteroatoms, a branched or cyclic group containing from 3 to 8 carbon atoms and optionally containing one or more heteroatoms, phenyl, benzyl, or pyridinyl; R3 is chosen from a linear group containing from 1 to 8 carbon atoms and optionally containing one or more heteroatoms, a branched or cyclic group containing from 3 to 8 carbon atoms and optionally containing one or more heteroatoms, phenyl, benzyl, or pyridinyl; or R2 and R3 (in case R2 is different than H) may be part of the same cyclic group containing from 3 to 8 carbon atoms; R' and R'' are independently H or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group containing from 1 to 12 carbon atoms; and b) a molecular weight of at least 600 Daltons, wherein the molecular weight is determined using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry according to the description.

The multi-aziridine compound can be used for example for crosslinking of for example carboxylic acid functional polymers dissolved and/or dispersed in an aqueous medium.

摘要: Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine formstabile Klebemasse, die weitgehend wasser- und lösemittelfrei formuliert und durch Abreiben in Kontakt mit dem zu verklebenden Substrat als dünner klebender Film aufgebracht werden kann, der insbesondere für die Verklebung von aus pflanzlichen Fasern gewonnenen Materialien geeignet ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Klebemasse besteht im organischen Bestandteil im Wesentlichen aus einer Mischung von Polyetherpolyurethanen, die mit mindestens zwei einwertigen aliphatischen Alkoholen unterschiedlicher Kettenlänge endgruppenverschlossen sind. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines klebrigen Films auf ein flächenförmiges Substrat, vorzugsweise auf Papier, durch Abreiben der Klebemasse an der Kontaktstelle mit dem Substrat.
